I liked my room, just big enough for one person. The stuff was amazing.

Was nice only thing that nagged me slightly was the room was a thermal trap, even with windows open it was ridiculous hot..heating was off

The close proximity to plenty of beaches. Also the staff puts their heart and soul into the breakfast (the only meal we used to have from the hotel). It always has parking available too.

The welcome from the owners and the overall atmosphere were exceptional. I arrived from overseas in the evening and, in spite of their own family concerns on that day, the owners made sure that I was informed in advance, and that arrangements were in place for me to settle in to my room. For breakfast, a superb spread, even with fresh local kippers (to be ordered a day in advance) which, living overseas, I had not eaten for years! My room was very quiet, and there was no intrusive noise at all.

Fantastic location room, and food was unbelievable we had an absolutely great stay.

Great choices for breakfast with friendly staff. Amazing Seaview from our room. Comfortable bed, nice size room with chairs and a table. Great friendly dining room atmosphere. Excellent meals served at a reasonable price.

This hotel is beautiful - location is stunning, fabulous facilities - spa pools etc. The best thing about the Headland is the staff. Everyone was so welcoming, very helpful, always ready to please. The service in the restaurant and bars was impeccable. I use a mobility scooter and they gave me a room near a lift and the concierges were always there to open the front door for me as I went in and out. On check in, the receptionist kindly took us on a tour of the hotel and showed us around - a really nice touch. We ate three nights in the hotel, Terrace restaurant twice & Renmor one night - food was excellent in all. We are recommending the hotel to all our friends because of the staff.

Everything is wonderful! The spa, the rooms and the food were amazing! The staff are all very friendly and are willing to head with everything. This was definitely a highlight in our vacation and I will definitely stay here again.

The harbor view was beautiful! The owner Aaron and staff Costa and Lucy were amazing! They went out of their way to make sure we were happy in every regard. The shrimp pasta was very delicious, and my friend was given good GF options.

Staying at Elemental was a great experience as I felt like being among a bunch of friends. Anthony, the manager, is a very friendly guy (ask him about where to eat, he is very knowledgeable!). Maddie was a Samaritan angel, providing her own first aid kit to help with a small scratch. Her boyfriend Dan is a surf instructor who gave us great suggestions on where to surf on days when the waves were small. I didn’t take any surf lessons from him, but I would expect he is an excellent surf instructor. If you go there in the summer, you can walk to Fistral Beach through a green golf court, which puts you in a relaxing mood before catching the waves. We enjoyed our evening sessions at Fistral, in the summer you have light till late, and then we grabbed our tasty Thai food from a small booth next to the hostel. If you stay for several days, you can buy a weekly pass of about 17 quid at the long-stay parking slot, which is a five-minute walk from the hostel.

Great location, exceptional view of the bay. Breakfast was exceptional in terms of complete spread of breakfast foods, and service by the staff including Sue and her daughter Molly, among others...and the view from the breakfast room is unparalleled.

I had injured my back, and they upgraded me to a triple room on the first floor so that I didn't need to climb a second set of stairs. The room, including bathroom, was spotless. The bath sheets were a bonus.
