Very relaxed. Friendly and helpful staff. Food is excellent. Reasonably priced. Brilliant golf facilities.

Nice spacious room and bathroom. Very clean and plenty of parking spaces, Room very quite considering proximity to A12. Paul and Alison were good hosts and breakfast was lovely

Rooms were away from the pub so very private. Everywhere is dog friendly and no extra charge for the dog to stay over. Food was excellent and available on a Sunday night.

Kesgrave Hall is a wonderful experience, an oasis hidden away on the edge of Ipswich. It’s an old building that has been tastefully modernized and is very comfortable. Excellent dinner and lunch menus accompany a delicious breakfast for guests, and it sits in beautiful grounds that you can stroll around. Well worth the stay!

Very well equipped and decorated, spacious and excellent location, couldn't think of anything I'd change . Although no outside seating it's a one minute walk to the riverside with lots of benches next to river and five minutes from a riverside park so we didn't miss not having an outdoor seating area

Location excellent! 5 min stroll into town across the park. Price - what a bargain!! Tea & coffee machine in the kitchen, lovely sunny patio. Had everything we needed. Ok, so the fixtures & fittings might not be 5 star so if you want luxury this isn't the accomodation for you. But for price, comfort & location what a great find!

Sarah was very welcoming and the cottage was spacious, clean and comfortable. The location was rural with pleasant views.

We had a wonderful time at Partridge Lodge to celebrate my 50th and daughter's 18th with our family. Everyone found it special and loved the lodges. Sarah and Aaron were very friendly and great at communication. They made us feel very welcome and comfortable in their letting. Set in beautiful countryside, all the extras really made it the garden games, hot tub and we were very lucky with the weather. Would highly recommend.

Great location close to all shops and restaurants etc. Very cozy, clean and comfortable. Lovely park about 50m away. The book voucher was a lovely touch as were the drinks and cakes. The yard area was nice to sit out too.

The cottage was perfectly located for walking everywhere I needed to be. It was the perfect size. Even though it was on a main road, it’s tucked back and provided great privacy.

Lovely cosy cottage, great location. Cottage very warm and clean with excellent quality bedding and towels provided. Well equipped kitchen. Exceptionally efficient communication from Ash about anything we asked, very prompt and helpful replies.
