Location, beautifull traditional greek family running the house, beach coffee shop and restaurant, nice beach, clean watter, peaceful place, spa center nearby, food and drinks at the place, isolation of the apartment is very good, I will definitely go again.

The pool area is a dream—super clean, well-maintained, and surrounded by great decoration. We spent hours lounging in the sun, enjoying drinks from the bar. Pure relaxation!

Everything was exellent ,the hospitality of the reception , the service of the waiters, the cleaning etc.. Everything was in its place . It was a total peace and relaxation for us . The food was also very good . We are experts in tourism and we know this work and the difficulties this sector has very well, so we appreciate their work even more. Good luck.

The property was located in a great area, right near all the important points like stores and restaurants. The cleanliness of the rooms and the property was very good. The housekeepers were cleaning the rooms every single day. We had HB and the food was amazing and very good. And the most important aspect of our stay and the one that we are most excited about was the friendliness of the staff and I mean the whole staff. From the housekeepers to the restaurant servers to the receptionist and to the owners of the hotel which we only have to say good things about. For sure, next year we will come back to Tropical Hotel.

Stuff was very friendly; atmosphere was very cozy and nice. Clean rooms and tasty breakfast. Pool very clean and good place to go to beachside very nearby.

The reviews here on Booking don't do justice to this accommodation. You can't just book one of the cheapest places in the area and go with the highest expectations. You get what you pay for. Actually, at Skioni Studios, we got more than we paid for. I didn't expect much after reading the reviews here. Which led to pleasant surprises. Location is very good. Not by the sea, but you do have a good sea view. A little uphill, store nearby, quiet enough (closer to the sea gets noisy during the summer). Small but plentiful garden with palms, grass, sunbeds, an outdoor grill which I didn't use but other guests did, small patio covered in vines. And an unusually shaped pool which is awesome. Parking lot immediately behind the place. Rooms are great, clean, didn't care much about the shower head, I won't let little details ruin my holiday. Just go ahead and enjoy your stay, ignore the small meaningless details. Not everything has to be perfect. :)

Owner, hotel, location. The owner is a very hospitable lady that can be found at the hotel around the clock. The hotel has spacious comfortable rooms with balconies having a nice view. And, the location is a small fish village between a lot of green and the sea; small means not getting "crazy" by uncontrollable tourism...

Close to the beach, supermarket, restaurants...very good position of the studios...wonderful vacation.

The whole apartment was very clean. Hygiene is at a high level. The beds are comfortable. The apartment has a nice yard. It is close to the beach, about 100m. The employees are friendly.

Nice location, clean and spacious

I loved the silence of this place, with a big green garden where you can relax and read. It has studio apartments with big balconies facing the sea. You can go directly to the beach from the back yard. It's at a 3 min drive away from Nea Skioni, a lively little village with everything you need.

It was wonderful, starting from the appartmentn and its location, the village and the local beaches, and the host, who was a lovely lady. The aparment was exactly as shown on booking. The house has a decent yard with grass and seating arrangements, excellent for unwinding in the evening. For everyone that likes both a lively place to visit during the summer, but, at the same time, enjoy the calmness of Greek nights, this is the place. There are the right amount of shops for everyday needs, restaurants that serve traditional food with exceptional taste and the village square, where one can enjoy the view of the small harbor. All in all lovely experience without the heavy classic mass tourism reality.
