This place and the staff and the restaurant are amazing!! Clean and comfortable. Right on the beach, great location, the restaurant food was delicious and reasonable, the staff was so friendly and helpful. Especially Kathy, Nelson, Henry and the driver Alex and his brother and cousins who help drive you wherever you want to go. The chefs in the restaurant Jani and Katie make and present beautiful fresh healthy food. Tessa, Patrick, Noel and Jorge were friendly and fun. Patrick can make some mean drinks!! We can't wait to come back!!! Miss you guys!!

One of the best places to stay on Roatan

This was the most comfortable stay I have ever had. The beds are like heaven with the most comfortable linens and pillows. We loved sitting on the front porch looking out over the ocean. Swimming was beautiful. The location is very relaxing but also ideal because you are in between the lively West Bay and West End. A short walk along the beach to West End and a short water taxi to West Bay. The staff is so friendly and exceptional. Israel took good care of us in the restaurant. While Chris was always around to explain things. And Homer took my husband for an unforgettable snorkel trip. Too many to mention.

Serenity, helpful staff, large rooms, beautiful amenities

The hotel was very respondent to our every need. Can not say enough good things.

Close to every thing. Diving, Bars, Beach, Dive shops, grocery stores, restaurants.

The location couldn’t have been better. Central to everything and a perfect view of the ocean.

It was rustic and set in the jungle, easily walkable to everything and that staff were amazing! My room was so affordable and the diving was great at an INCREDIBLE price!

Very comfortable, no problems whatsoever. Staff was friendly, very helpful, and readily available. Hotel offers bookings to various activities, laundry services, and lots of other things to make the trip enjoyable. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful, lush and green, with ocean views - what more could you ask for! Café Palo is delicious and run by lovely women. Great coffee and breakfast. I also enjoyed the covered dock in the afternoons for cooling off in the breeze. 10/10 😍

Friendly staff. Excellent location and very safe. Private bathrooms with a hammock on the balcony. I will stay here next year when I return.

Convenient location, nice room

Shuttle service was well executed, driver easy to find at airport , and seamless pickup to return to airport. Room cleaning (upon request) was very satisfactory. Having a parking lot attendant on duty all day, made my husband feel safe and assured. Needing a toilet plugger was dealt with very professionally and locking myself out of my room at 10:00pm was dealt with priority and with ease. So close the the beach and great restaurants and bars.

The property was clean and very well maintained. The staff was very nice and very quick if you needed anything.

The owners were exceptionally kind and helpful. They had attended to every detail to make the property comfortable and inviting. It was remarkably affordable, given the quality of the furnishings and everything needed in the full kitchen. Also, TV and nice office set up. Good security and quiet location in Sunset Villas, just a few minutes walk from the beach and shopping in West End (It's a bit of a steep walk up and down the last 100 ft or so to the cottage; however, the owners even helped this older traveler with that concern).
