We were amazed by the beauty of the accommodation and its location, but what stood out the most was meeting the host. He was incredibly friendly, helped us a lot, and provided us with an unforgettable experience in his lovely home. You must also try his food – it’s absolutely delicious. I will definitely stay at this beautiful place again.

If you plan to visit Plitvice Park, this property is a must-rent. The place is impressive and spotless. It is conveniently located close to both entrances of the national park. As a bonus, the hostess is the best you can ask for. Her hospitality, humor, and attitude are unique; she will provide you with all the information you need. The breakfast is fantastic and includes fresh fruits and vegetables from her garden. In conclusion, this is the place you need to book.

Nice small hut wooden hat with 2 bedrooms near Plitvica lakes. The rooms were big, ac in the leaving room, very clean and country feeling. There is a nice restaurant that serves dinner

Location to Plitvice lakes was great. Restaurant on site and another next door. Wish we could have stayed longer.. Breakfast was typical eggs, meats, and cheeses. Cappuccino maker was better than some😀

We had a wonderful stay at Deluxe Apartments Franjkovic. The hosts were incredibly warm and welcoming, the location was great, and the lovely welcome gifts made us feel right at home. Everything is clearly family-run and cared for with attention to detail. Highly recommended!

This place is a gem. It had everything 4 adults could have wanted. Beautiful, new apartment with private hot tub and sauna, full kitchen, washing facilities, etc. I'd love to have found something like this throughout our trip.

Beautiful property, quiet except traffic but the apartments are at the back. Comfortable, very clean. Close to Plitvice. Host was so friendly.

For this price, it’s absolutely worth it. Nothing luxurious, but we needed a kitchen and living room, and there were no other options just hotel rooms or rooms in guest houses. I can easily give it 10 out of 10. There are two great restaurants and two convenience stores nearby. The owner is friendly and nice.

Great location, very clean and had a balcony with greenery views. It is about 5 mins drive from entrance 1. This place is a superb value for money.
