We are a 5 member family Vuković. Father Ivica is an electrician and runs his own company, he is a hardworking man that will fix any problem in the facility. Mother Liliana was a tourism worker and she is most likely to be the one welcoming you and showing you around, she is a nice and helpful person, she is always available to answer questions. Oldest son Ivan is a successful Gymnasium student and the one that does all the work on a computer. He is the second person you will ask questions if Liliana is busy with other guests. Younger sibling Marko and Ivana are 6th graders with a decent english speaking knowledge. We originaly live in Zagreb but reside in Smoljanac for the whole summer.

Property info

This is a newly built object in a small village Smoljanac 5 minutes from entrance 1 into National Park. It was finished in 6th month year 2016. There are 6 rooms, 2 on 1st floor and 3 on the second. Every room has a balcony with flowers and privacy. Every room has the newest and modern equipment (TVs, air conditioning, safes...) and wifi. There is a big dining room for breakfasts. Every room has different pictures of Plitvice lakes taken by a professional photographer. Around the building there is a lot of free space to park your car, go for a walk or play with kids.

Neighborhood info

Smoljanac is a small and calm village near the National park Plitvice lakes. It is a very peaceful and quiet place surrounded by nature. If you are not visiting Plitvice lakes there is a river Korana with 4 best spots here in Smoljanac to refresh yourself, one spot is a waterfall are great for jumping and diving, another spot is where the river flows slow and it's like a lake great for swimming, other two spots are through the woods and there will most likely be no people (ask us for directions). There is a small market a small church and a school. When you exit Smoljanac and go down the road there are a lot of restaurants and bars you can visit, there is also a paintball and quad driving field not too far away.
