The house is very comfortable, clean, and cozy. Everything is practically for usage. Both Zrinka and Barbara are very kind and welcoming. We were welcomed with juice and cake when we arrived. They recommend a good place for dinner and an interesting place to visit. They go far beyond what is expected at B&B. The breakfast is amazing (homemade cake and cookies, fresh bread, and meat). Each morning, we were given paper bags to make our own packed lunch. When we came back from Plitvice Lake, they prepared some drinks for us. We highly recommended Zrinka House for a stay in Plitvice Lake. This house is 100/10 rating.

We stayed in Grabovac as we wanted to visit Plitvice.

We stayed in Grabovac as we wanted to visit Plitvice. We booked our tickets a day before for 7am. I'm glad we went early as from 9am the park was very busy. We used entrance 2, for a longer walk (but not the longest), it was very good until we reached entrance 1 (by small ferry) which was extremely busy. I do not recommend entrance 1 as the queue for ferry was very very long. Generally avoid busy periods if you want to enjoy nature.

Near Plitvice Lakes, quiet area, but near many local...

Near Plitvice Lakes, quiet area, but near many local restaurants and supermarkets. Restaurant of choice was GRAND LAKES RESTAURANT, Plitvicka Jezera. Wonderful food and friendly staff. Barac Caves is the perfect place to chill, play area for children and three forest trails leading from the carpark. Exceptionally clean and plush toilets there too!

Perfect place to stay when visiting Plitvice lakes national...

Perfect place to stay when visiting Plitvice lakes national park, i.e. only a short ride by car of 10-15 min. to entrance 1 as well as entrance 2 of the Plitvice national park. Several good restaurants as well to choose between.

Great Location down the road from Both Entrance 1 and 2 to the Plitvice Waterfalls. Helpful Host. Quiet neighborhood off main road. Beautiful Bucolic setting surrounding the town. Exceptional value!

Our host was very nice and helpful . The room was very clean and has everything that we need for our short stay. Breakfast was prepared for us and was delicious. There are few restaurants in a very close proximity. Sara recommended us one of restaurant and the menu was great.

Lovely countryside area. Close to Plitvice National Park.

Lovely countryside area. Close to Plitvice National Park. Also there are a lot of additional walks to be made in the area. If you enjoy riding a bike, the whole area can be explored by bike. Also rafting and kayaking are an option for the area.

Everything was perfect! The host was very nice, she pleasantly surprised us. He welcomed us with a drink and a welcome cake! He gives a nice welcome to all tourists. Throughout the stay, the host was very kind and offered us drinks from the minibar for free. And for the visit to Plitvice Park, he offered us the opportunity to make sandwiches for breakfast. The breakfast products are fresh and of the best quality. If I return to the area, I will not hesitate to stay at this hotel!

Very spacious family room with balcony, perfect for a family of four. Great, modern bathroom was fabulous shower. All very clean. Wonderful pool that never felt busy at all, even though the hotel was full apparently. Very good breakfast buffet. All the staff were super friendly. In a peaceful quiet location, although only a 5 minute drive from restaurants. In the best place to visit Plitvice (10 minute drive to entrance 1).

It was without breakfast, but the place was amazing! Felt just like you are part of the country side of Croatia, the room was very clean and the host was very kind. The view from the room, the room itself, the free parking and its location next to plitvička jezera. I would defiantly go there again.
