The venue, the shape of rooms/building around the pools, the location at the heart of Kuta, and the amazing staff, helpfull, skilled, super sweet and welcoming. Restaurant super, breakfast amazing and restaurant staff very good, including trainees!

Great hotel with nice location near the Main Street of kuta Staff are really friendly . The restaurant is superb.

The bunk beds offer lots of privacy, the rooms were quiet and fresh at night. Breakfast is quite good for an extra 45.000 IDR. Also the hostel is pretty sociable and it's easy to meet fellow travellers in the common areas.

Have stayed here multiple times. Always enjoy the warm friendly greeting and the excellent facilities. Room is comfortable and clean with excellent bed. Buffet style breakfast is extensive and well catered for. 5 min walk to beach or hire scooter from front desk to explore other beautiful locations. Plenty of options for nearby bars and restaurants.

The staff was super nice and helpful. Good views from their epic brand new pool. The room was stylish and clean.

The property was absolutely stunning. Everything was beautifully maintained and cared for. This place felt like a little oasis in the jungle. The restaurant on site was beyond perfection. The choices of drinks (real fruit juice) and ice cream was my favorite. The management overseeing the property always made sure you had towels, drinks, snacks and friendly conversation.

Beautifully located in the jungle around so much greenery. Bed was clean and comfortable and the staff was very helpful.

i absolutely loved my stay at mellow hostel! i was supposed to stay for a week but i kept extending and ended up staying for almost three weeks :D the hostel is very chill but social at the same time. i met so many wonderful people very naturally and the people staying in mellow are always so nice and friendly. the beds were comfy, with curtains so you have a sense of privacy, ac working, bathrooms and showers nice, and everything was great. the staff is also so nice, bruno, the manager took the best care of us and helped us with all questions and requests we had. you can also rent a scooter directly at the hostel for a very good price, which makes it very convenient. when go back to kuta lombok, mellow hostel is definitely the place i’ll stay again ❤️

We loved everything about our stay here. The property was really lovely and had everything we could want with the restaurants, pool, beach, bar, and buffets. The prices were a bit high but as would be expected at this type of resort.

Everything . The hotel is within walking distance to coffee shop. The staff are friendly. The pool clean and the breakfast delicious. I have based myself from the Palm Green for 2 months and keep coming back

Fabulous location. Quiet, but very short walking distance (2 min) to all the action.

I really enjoyed this place. Close to the beach, great gardens, everything clean and nice. I had what I needed. I felt at home instantly. Nice staff. There is AC and fan in the room. A working desk (which I really appreciated). Close to restaurants and local market. Will definitely come back.
