Breakfast was good. It had everything we needed. We enjoyed all the food! The rooms were spacious and quiet. The staff was knowledgeable and helped us find a good restaurant on town. We recommend this hotel.

This was our best stay while exploring Iceland: amazing hosts, quiet and clean rooms, super spacious dining area and kitchen, a separate huge common space with 2 pianos …and a jacuzzi in the evening on the roof between 2 mountains! Socializing and sharing tips about travel with the other guests. Nice breakfast in the morning and Paskahellir site with blueberry fields in late August just around the corner. Totally worth the trip off the ring road!!

Set in a peaceful, natural setting, Eyjólfsstaðir Guest house is just a 10-minute drive from Egilsstaðir and the local airport.

The room was big, clean and comfortable. Even though there are shared bathrooms, we had a sink inside the room and it was perfect! The shared bathrooms were on every floor and they were very clean! The staff was wonderful and very helpful :) The breakfast was early, delicious and full of options :) There are huge common areas to sit, play and enjoy the evening. We had a self check-in and it was so helpful so we could arrive whenever we wanted. Everything was wonderful and we wish we had more time there.

Beautiful new accommodation in a wooden house. Every little detail is perfectly arranged. Loved walking around the farm and the forest. So quiet and peaceful. Recommend the Vök Baths nearby.
