All the staff were awesome, friendly and helpful. To accommodate our request for private bath and two beds they put us in a deluxe room, very spacious. The food was excellent, especially the fish soup! We did the ring road trip so we stayed at several guesthouses, and this one was by far the best!

The Guesthouse by the Fjord in Þingeyri provides accommodations with a garden, a terrace, and barbecue facilities. This guest house provides free private parking, a shared kitchen, and free Wifi.

Very nice homestay with all the amenities needed for your stay. Quiet, clean and traditional property with a very friendly and helpful host. Pingeyri is a lovely little town as well :) highly reccomended

We really enjoyed the quiet and remote location of the guesthouse. The room was clean and the beds were really comfortable. The house offers two beautiful bathrooms, a spacious kitchen, and a shared common area.

Very spacious and private! There was more than enough room for us. It was nice to relax and be able to make our own dinner. Check-in and out were very easy. Everything was great.

Wonderful place, the scenery is stunning, clean facilities, kitchen with everything you need, comfortable bed, even towels are included. They made me feel welcome at all times.

This is the NICEST “hostel” properties I’ve ever stayed at in all my travels!! Every detail is perfect! Exquisitely clean, well equipped, laundry, wonderful breakfast, plentiful WC ratio per guest, two kitchenettes, comfy beds, and excellent views!! My only regret is that I could not stay longer!

Housed in a building dating from 2017, this farm stay is 18 miles from the Pollurinn Hot Spring. A tour desk can provide info on the area.
