We received truly royal handling at breakfast, with lot of hand-made stuff. The room was huge, very newish and everything worked properly. We have been in Italy for a week and stayed in 4 or 5 hotels and this one was the only one where the toilet was not leaking.

This place changed my mind about agroturismo. What a lovely place, and Elena is great! Used the washing machine (no issue), and stayed for 2 nights just because it was great. The town nearby, the beach in Rochette. Amazing time!

The property was beautiful, the swimming pool and apartments were the perfect size to accommodate our family! Serena and the staff went above and beyond to help us, sent us off with delicious pastries and great info about the town. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

It is a wonderful location with amazing views from the hill. In July it got so hot though and unfortunately the air condition was broken when we arrived and could not be repaired quickly. As it was impossible to stay in the house without air condition, the hosts offered to transfer us to another apartment in the town centre of Castiglione de la Pescaia which had air condition. It was a good solution for us as from there we could enjoy the beach in walking distance and had a parking space included.

A very well-equipped camping - shared showers and toilets with separate cabins (this was important for children). Good cafe, quiet environment, friendly staff, we could check in earlier. Laundry available for 5€. You can stay on the beach for free, umbrella rental for 1 day is 25€. There is no air conditioner in the tents, but it is not necessary either - it was pleasant to sleep.
