Aurora Serao was outstanding. So friendly, so helpful, she made our trip to Gallipoli a fabulous experience. We can’t say enough good things about her. We are planning a return trip this summer, just because she is there making everything perfect for guests. The property is absolutely spotless. The clean, sleek design of the rooms and the lobby also are soothing to the soul. Nothing too colorful, nothing too busy… We loved the beds, the linens, the bathroom … everything was near perfection. Can’t wait to return.

We have just had two amazing nights at Fundacari. It was our last stay in our 10 day trip through Puglia and certainly the best. From meeting the host Mino at the beginning who was so friendly and helpful to the extra special touches with beach bag and towels we could not find fault with anything. It was spotlessly clean and we were super surprised that it was also serviced on the second day, something most other B&Bs we stayed at didn’t do. The location was fantastic for good restaurants and the beach. We will definitely go back. I can’t recommend it enough. Thank you Mino and team.

Well me and my wife, we liked everything about the Xilhotel in Gallipoli. The room was perfectly clean and well maintained. It was kept clean daily. Its aesthetics and comfort were beyond our expectation. It had a smart use of its space giving you the chance to organize your clothes and things, to avoid clutter. The bed was very comfortable. We could sleep very well. The toilet was very spacious. The room had a nice looking balcony with sea view where you could hang out and enjoy the peacefulness of the sea. The breakfast was another highlight of our experience there. It was a lot to choose from and the food was delicious, especially the pastry. We also had quality espresso and cappuccino during our breakfasts. The location was perfect. 2 minutes walk from the train station, 5 min walk from the bridge that leads you to the old town/island, 1 min walk from the main boulevard. The area was very peaceful so there was no noise coming from outside. And last but not least we are very thankful to the staff of the hotel (the ladies at the reception, the cleaning lady and the lady at the breakfast service). They were very professional and friendly. This hotel just made our holidays in Gallipoli, the best we have had so far.

Clean room, good shower, comfortable bed. Location to the historic center was great. Free parking in front of the building. Breakfast down the street, was a nice touch to have it included, even igniting just basic coffee and croissants. Also the shared terrace was great to bring a beer and snack back to and enjoy the weather.

Everything ! This place was gorgeous, location was amazing, owner was awesome ! The first night we had a problem with the ac and the owner went to the ends of the earth to fix it and even gifted us 2 bottles of wine for the inconvenience ! This place was a gift to my boyfriend for his birthday and we it exceeded both of our expectation and a highlight in our Italy trip! Truly a memorable stay

The Crown Palace is a gorgeous renovated hotel in an ancient building and it is stunning! The comfortable rooms are very large and the decor features tasteful antiques. The location is excellent. There are good quality linens and toiletries. Our bathroom was very large as was the excellent shower. The breakfast includes fruit, juices, eggs to your taste, cheeses, meat and sweets, etc.. There is a very large rooftop terrace with many tables and chairs and umbrellas. It is beautiful! Mathia, our exceptional host holds wine tastings on the terrace, weather permitting. He is a sommelier and gives good explanations. Mathia and the rest of the staff were very caring and helpful. We felt so pampered. We loved it there and stayed 6 days! Recommended.
