Accommodations in Panicale

This was an incredible stay. We've stayed in agriturismi all over Italy and this was by far one of the best we've every stayed in. The food, hospitality, wine and ambiance were second to none. As soon as we initially booked, Daniele and his sister Elena were in touch with us to advise us on nearby attractions and the special activities the agriturismo offers, including cooking classes and wine tastings. Our family was a group of 9 and the Palazzo House was more than enough space for us, with each room having it's own en suite full bathroom as well as a bathroom downstairs, a living room, a den, a formal dining area and an informal dining area as well as an outdoor dining area, grill and pool access. The only suggestion I'd make to guests is to be sure to rent an SUV with proper 4-wheel drive as the property has a long dirt road over hills, which are beautiful. . . given the terrain, hiking boots are also a good idea.

Fabulous location for our visit to panicale for a wedding . Would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it.

The location and the architecture

Beautiful property in a serene setting. Serena prepared us a beautiful homemade breakfast with a wonderful variety.

This place was a gem for glamping experience. It really had everything - pool, kid/family entertainment, restaurants and coffee bar. All in nice location with bike rental onsite.

The place is in a perfect spot, nice countryside and nature, plus you can see Buffalos and other animals around. You can easily get to the lago trasimeno and Toscany for the day or stay at the pool and relax.

Very friendly, helpful staff. Quite good room for two nights. Lift to first floor definitely important for guests with heavy luggage.

My husband and I stayed at La Piaggiola degli Olivi because our friends were getting married at Villa le Mura right down the road. It was the perfect location because we could walk to the wedding party from there. We had a great stay at La Piaggiola degli Olivi. The owners were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They gave us some of their delicious homegrown produce and invited us in for coffee. They also were available for anything we needed for our stay. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. Overall we had a great experience and would recommend it to anyone!

We had a relaxing time at Casa Marconi. Our hosts were very welcoming. They even offered us a surpise meal at Ferragosto. The house is fully equipped with everything we needed and more. Very spacious, comfortable and stylish. Would definitely recommend and come back!

Il Pollaio was absolutely beautiful, comfortable, and well equipped. Elisa was very accommodating.

Giancarlo was very polite and accommodating despite our late check in. The apartment is very clean and spacious, with a nice garden and a swimming pool that unfortunately we didn't have time to use. Only suggestion to Giancarlo : à full size mirror and an iron and ironing table would have been perfect.

Everything! It’s beautiful, elegant and it has everything a guest might want or need! The staff is outstanding - kind, helpful and professional. Loved every minute of our stay!

I wanted the experience of staying in a truly historic building, to really soak in the history aspect of travel in Italy. Panicale is a wonderful village, very small, with good food, fun residents, and a cultural atmosphere which checked every box. I even got to see the Rolling of the Cheese, an Umbrian event on Easter Monday, where residents roll a wheel of cheese in a competition. Vittorio, the host, was exceptionally welcoming, and their restaurant is also wonderful. The unit is great, from the 1100's, and feels like a castle stay. Highly recommended!

It was cozy and had everything we needed. Check-in/out went smoothly and the host was very responsive. Make sure to make reservations for the restaurants in town!

The Cottage is the best property I have ever stayed in. Just heavenly! Elisa has made it comfortable, charming and beautiful. It is roomy, beautifully decorated and has everything you could ever need. Plenty of everything. Kitchen ware, toiletries, scented candles and all appliances. No bare bones rental unit here! All done with the highest quality. The setting is serene. Loved sitting in the living room with the morning sun coming in all the glass doors. Views of the olive grove and beyond. Perfetto.
