Perfect couple nights stay. The apartment is fantastic, very modern and spacious with a big balcony. The view is beautiful. The local town is within walking distance if you are up for a long walk, but everything is easily accessible. The owner is very helpful and generous and was always around on hand if we ever needed anything. He met us by the pool the first night and recommended a number of restaurants and shops near by.

Very nice and spacious apartment with magnificent view on the lake and mountaintops. There is a balcony with table, chairs and umbrella. Nice and cozy place, excellent for couples and families. We stayed at Candida’s place – a spacious apartment with a well-equipped kitchen and a large refrigerator. The apartment is located on a hill with a breathtaking view. The rooms are spacious and everything was very clean. There is a dining table inside and another one outside, perfectly set against the magical lake view. The rooftop pool adds to the charm, with stunning views and a wonderful atmosphere. The host was kind and helpful with everything we needed. We stayed as two families together and still had plenty of space and a lovely atmosphere. There are two bathrooms, one of them with a bathtub. Highly recommended!

Charming apartment within steps of the ferry stop and the beautiful piazza where it is located. Matteo is an excellent host, accommodating, friendly, and knowledgeable of the history of the area. He really goes out of his way to insure a pleasant stay. Large shower, comfortable bed, restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets close by, and an easy walk to the train station. I could not imagine staying anywhere else in Colico. And the price is more than reasonable for the area.

Brand new! Very contemporary architecture with high-end finishes. One of the nicest swimming pools I’ve ever seen with beautiful design and infinity edge with the Swiss Alps in the background. Great restaurant for drinks and breakfast. The grounds are immaculate and expertly designed. The check in process was professional with a personalized tour of the property and the room. One of the best experiences I’ve ever had.
