The view from our room was amazing

Meals are great, but expensive if not included with the hotel booking.

The property offered nearby places for great hikes/walks with views of Mount Fuji and other nature scenery. We reserved dinner for our 2nd night and it came with 6 courses. It was absolutely delicious and well presented. The hotel staff was very accommodating and went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. We loved our room. The beds were so comfortable and the private onsen and rain shower was a bonus. It is truly a great place to stay to relax and unwind.

Great location near Mt Fuji station, and quick walk to restaurants and cafes in Shimoyoshida. Nice rooftop deck with views of Fuji, also viewable from the room. Spacious and clean. Convenient extras like snacks and drinks available in the lobby.

Quite close to the second entrance of Fuji Q Highland (which is why we chose it). The staff was lovely and the onsen was one of the best of our stay (clean, beautiful and perfect temperature!). The rooms are a decent size. The onsen was tattoo friendly (probably because we were western tourists).

Our stay at the Fuji Premium Hotel was nothing short of unforgettable. From the moment my new husband and I arrived for our honeymoon, we were treated with such warmth and thoughtfulness. Waiting in our room was a handwritten note, a beautiful bouquet of roses, and a bottle of wine—such a romantic and generous touch that set the tone for the rest of our stay. And of course, the breathtaking view of Mount Fuji right outside our window made everything feel absolutely magical. Although the hotel sits a little outside of center town, their shuttle service makes getting around incredibly easy and convenient. We also loved that they offer bicycles free of charge—we used them everywhere and they ended up being one of our favorite parts of the trip. Even taking the bus from the hotel was simple and stress-free. Breakfast was another highlight: a large, beautifully prepared meal with so many delicious items, all served to you with care. And the onsen was the perfect place to unwind—so peaceful, with wonderful amenities provided. Every detail felt thoughtfully considered. But truly, what made our stay exceptional was the staff. Everyone we encountered was kind, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to making our honeymoon special. We couldn’t have chosen a better place to celebrate. Fuji Premium Hotel exceeded every expectation—we can’t wait to return!

Nice room easy to get in and nice and close to 7-eleven!

Right next to mt fuji train station. Comfortable beds. It has a wonderful mt fuji view. It was a clean, neat hostel with a balance of modern and traditional design.

Location and customer service. Also the facility is beautiful.

A wonderfully fun house that was in a great location (Mt Fuji visible from the property). The owner was easy to work with, and was very accommodating even though we had to adjust a few things regarding our stay. Will stay here again in the future!

The property is easily accessible from Fujisan station, just a 10 min walk. Great views of Mount Fuji from the property and area. Yumiko is an excellent host and went above and beyond to ensure guests are comfortable, and is happy to provide recommendations and tips to make the most of your stay. Would highly recommend this property.

Spacious room with all you need to feel like home. Parking spots are available. Multiple train stations located at 8-10 minutes walk distance in both directions. Grocery stores are located at 5 minutes walk distance. It is the perfect location as a base for visiting the entire Mt. Fuji area.

I had a truly great stay at this accommodation. The location is perfect — very convenient and close to everything I needed. The place itself is spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with facilities in excellent condition. Everything worked smoothly and made the stay very comfortable. The host was incredibly nice and kind, always responsive and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place and would happily stay here again!
