It is a 7-minute drive from Fujisan or Fujikyu Highland train stations, and free pick-up shuttles are available. Free Wi-Fi is provided at all areas. Guests can unwind in the spacious hot spring baths in the adjacent Fujiyama Onsen bathhouse, which also features a massage salon. Free luggage storage and free parking are available on site. In-room massages can be arranged at an additional charge. Rooms at the Highland Resort Hotel come with facilities like flat-screen satellite TV, fridge and electric kettle.
