Big room, soundproof, clean, perfect facilities.

Upgraded me to Superior Twin Bed.

If we can have more shuttle bus transferred between airport and the hotel, that would be very convenient.

It’s near by a train station, Aeon mall, and Costco.

Friendly staff. Good amenities. Very satisfied.

The hotel is conveniently located you don’t even have to leave the airport, the staff was very nice and the room was really clean

I like everything. The price is very good too. I have slept in many capsules hotel and this one was very good. My only complaint is that the shower room’s changing space is really small. But to be honest, it’s not that big of a deal for me

The couple, Mike and his wife is simply wonderful. Often quick with my email query before I embark on the trip. We are a group of 6 elderly from Singapore on a self-drive holiday. Booked this unit due to good reviews and indeed those were true and we experienced the good things reported, well kept unit, comfortable bed, simple tasty beard and eggs breakfast. While preparing to check out the next day in the rainy weather, Mike was there to pack all our luggage to the trunk. Where on earth to experience 5 stars treatment without paying 5 stars price. Thank you, Mike. We eagerly looked forward to another night of wonderful experience.

Clean, near to the station, friendly owner

I have stayed here four times already, and every time I come back I feel just as impressed as the first time. The host is incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming, while still giving guests plenty of privacy. Whenever I travel to the Chubu area, this is always my first choice of accommodation. And if I come back again in the future, I will definitely stay here again. I truly enjoy and appreciate every stay here.

The room was super nice and more spacious than I expected. Everything was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. I would have happily stayed longer if I could have. The location is also super convenient if you are going on the pottery walk as it is basically on it. Communications with the owner through Booking were also great. Quick responses and good information provided when I had questions. I would 100% stay here again if ever in the area! Also forgot to ask if the nice gentleman I met (pig/shop owner next to the property) also owned the property but he was also very kind.

The hosts were very welcoming and friendly, the house is so charming!! Although we stayed only one night this time, I would love to spend more time here.
