It was clean, convenient and the adjoining spa facility was amazing. I also appreciated they accommodated late check-out with a small fee.

The spacious room, the breathtaking view, friendly staff, tasty breakfast. There is really nothing I can think of that was off.

Everyone was kind. The onsen was lovely. The room was dark with the blackout curtains. The room was large for the price we paid which was perfect for our family.

Very nice, clean, and modern hotel. We only stayed for the night (arrived late, left early), so I cannot say much. The night staff we met was very sweet and helpful! We slept very well!

Staffs were were very helpful. The location is good, easy to walk to the station nearby.

The food was absolutely superb. Worth every penny. The staff was wonderful and friendly. The rooms were clean/ I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I'll definitely be back.

Lots of parking spaces are available behind the hotel and are free. There are many delicious restaurants (Cafe Gusto, Jolly Pasta, KFC, etc) nearby, including a mall and 7/11. There are two parks nearby and offer an amazing experience for nature lovers. The staff speak English and have the best customer service skills. The superior rooms are modern and stylish. A/C is very cold. Free wifi for guests in their room, and it's fast. The TV is large and displays 4k with several channels to choose from. The area is quiet and feels cozy at all times of the day. Hands down the best hotel in the area for value and experience.

Love the space, very big bathroom. There's a ice maker available outside and water dispenser in room. It was previously a love hotel.

Huge room perfect for some adventures if you know what i mean

The beds were spacious and comfortable. The heater was amazing for the cold nights. The room had a microwave. The room was stocked with full-sized bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, plus there were scented bath salts in the lobby to use. My favorite about the room was the big bath with the jets. My partner and I ran hot baths every night before bed and turned the jets on like a jacuzzi while treating ourselves to alcoholic beverages. The hotel is within walking distance (maybe 15 minutes) to a large park with dinosaur slides (I think it was just called Dinosaur Park on Google maps) and lots of other jungle gyms and playground equipment. Also 6 minute walking distance from the hotel was a laundromat called 'Naturel Odaka Coin Laundry' and we went here to wash our clothes. It was a washer/dryer combo, and no laundry supplies needed, easy for tourists. Just put your clothes in, wait 60 minutes, then take your clothes out. It washes, dispenses detergent itself, and dries it all in one go. I think it was 1500 yen for 1 large load (less than $10 USD). Also 10 minute walking distance was a large grocery store called 'Felna Morinosato', where we got a lot of packaged foods and drinks.

Amazing rooms, great atmosphere. .

I like the service, free breakfast and the location. It’s within walking distance of the train station bound to the airport and the subway line that connects to the main line to city centre. A lot of nearby restaurants that closes around 9 or 10pm . Its a great location.

Our room was good, and there were some facilities in the room more than my expectations. The bathroom was great.

The room was very spacious and had plenty of rooms for my family! The bathtubs were massive as well. It was fully stocked with tea, coffee, and toiletries. Overall a very comfortable and pleasant stay.

Just a short walk from the station, I stayed in a ground floor room that was small but extremely well-designed. The bath/shower was very nice and the bed was so very comfortable.
