We were two families staying with kids ranging from 12 to 19. We stayed 8 nights. Some of us have stayed at the Dhangheti Inn in the past and due to a great experience we chose to stay again. Our host is amazing, taking us out on his boat for tours where we swam with marine life (Mantas, Turtles, Sharks) and saw dolphins, and spent lots of time searching for whale sharks, unfortunately not to be this time! Our host made sure we did not want for anything, even providing us a home cooked meal which was delicious! The rooms are comfortable and cool. The rooms had flat screen TV, where we could log into our Netflix. We had breakfast each morning and there is a little kitchenette, supplied with bottled water daily and a washing machine for guest use. The Dhangheti Inn is located in the main street, and near two great restaurants (Compass and Blue Moon). It is approx 5-10min walk to bikini beach. During our tours our host filmed and then sent us the videos daily, which is fantastic as it our allowed us to be in the moment and not muck around with technology. There are also some old masks and fins available, which was handy as some of the kids fins broke and we were able to use the spare ones. Dhangheti is a local island so be aware that there are rules for visitors for respectful dressing and a mosque with early morning prayers. We loved the culture of the island, but it's not for everyone. We loved our trip so much that we are already talking of when we can go back! We can highly recommend the Dhangheti Inn and it's our first choice in any Maldives accommodation!

This is a fantastic place, to relax, swim and snorkel. The beaches are gorgeous, the staff extremely helpful and friendly, and the food very good. I would not hesitate to visit again. It is like being in paradise. Beginning from the friendly welcome at the sea-plane dock, the delicious welcome drink, being shown to our cabin and the facilities, the friendly and helpful host at the restaurants and finally accommodating our request for the departure exceeded what one expects at the most exclusive and elite resorts.

The welcome was amazing, they helped us with the speed boat booking from Malè to Dhangethi and for the baggages arrived on the island. The room was spectacular, everything was new and working, we didn't spend so much time there but was quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was really good and satisfying. They were really friendly and open to answer our questions, available and helpful.

Amazing host! We stayed here for 5 nights as a family, 2 adults and 2 kids. Location right in the small town and close to the jetty and restaurants. We went out on the owers boat 3 times to a sandbank and various snorkel spots and swam with an abundance of marine life! It was amazing! The accommodation had everything we needed, there was a washing machine, common area kitchen and sitting area. Therecare also snorkels, fins and life vests for guests to use. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!!

100℅ best place at island to stay with family. Enough space in the room and really modern design. Amazing view from the room and you can observe ocean and sunrise from your balcony every day. I would like also to highlight friendly and flexible attitude from Assad and the team, they helped us with all the needs and supported with Excursions/recommendations. We had amazing experience and lovely vacation week here.

The garden was extremely beautiful. However for me the best part was the people who run La Luna. They are really kind, thoughtful, friendly and warm hearted people. Even tho there are some things could be improve about the accommodation, they make you forget about it. All my morning started with a smile and nice breakfast. We also went together for snorkel, when we saw baby shark and stingray. Thank you for making me so welcomed and my holiday special.

Usually, I don’t write reviews but this time I do: great and super friendly staff, perfect organization of travels and stay, paradisiac island, super food. Excellent dive base, diving for 30 yrs it was one of the best I ever saw. It was amazing that the island never seemed to be crowded even when fully booked. Organizing accommodation and restaurants for families and couples separately paid off nicely.
