All the front desk clerks/receptionists were so kind & accommodating. They were not stingy with requests. So exceptional.

Service excellence especially from the Concierge desk. Rocky was especially helpful in helping me connect with his colleague at the Mulu Marriott and Miller was so helpful in addressing my shock that our flight to Mulu was cancelled. We also booked a tour through the desk and were bery pleased.

My family loved the place so much, the beach, swimming pool, food and staff are excellent. Hotel is clean, 24 hours reception, provided 2 bottles of water. Location is good, seafood market and night market in walkable distance (less than 15 minutes).

Location is closed to Gaya Street and around 15 min to Centerpoint Sabah.

The room large enough for my small family. The bed comfortable with 1 single and king size bed. Very big.
