Service excellence especially from the Concierge desk. Rocky was especially helpful in helping me connect with his colleague at the Mulu Marriott and Miller was so helpful in addressing my shock that our flight to Mulu was cancelled. We also booked a tour through the desk and were bery pleased.

My family loved the place so much, the beach, swimming pool, food and staff are excellent. Thank you so much to the front desk receptionist berry for guiding us during our stayed and also thank you so much for keeping my child bag and phone went we already checked out. Really trustworthy employee, Really appreciated and we will definitely going to book our staycation again.

The hotel is located in the downtown and the seaview is fantastic. The staff were so nice, and the food were so delicious. We’ll be back again for sure.

Hotel is clean, 24 hours reception, provided 2 bottles of water. Location is good, seafood market and night market in walkable distance (less than 15 minutes).

The room large enough for my small family. The bed comfortable with 1 single and king size bed. Very big.
