I booked 4 rooms for 03 days from 29 to 31st Dec 2025 but only my room the bidet faulty without the head spray.. 1st day of stay, I requested for assistance before I went for a tour and came back late night, to my surprise that the bidet still not change, I called to Reception and Technician arrived and really disappointed with the Technician as he requested me to do the exchange from another 03 rooms which been occupied by my family due to no stock.. The next day at 1030hrs, I came down to the Reception area and decided to change the bidet to one of the rooms but thanks to Mr. Ivan (I believe Technician Supervisor) said to one of his workers in the present of me and the receptionist to check again the stock. I came back to my room around 6+pm and saw that the bidet had changed to the new one. I'm so glad that my issue been rectified and congrat to Mr. Ivan for his immediate action.. Ur the STAR for the hotel.. I hope the management recognize his action..

Convenient to KSL. Easy to get Grab. Staff very good, helpful and friendly.

Room was spacious with a sofa and a writing table with leather chair. The bathroom amenites are good and the bed is firm. Housekeeper is pretty quick to deliver my shaving kits. Room are very well keep by housekeeper too. This hotel is just opposite JMCC Komtar and CitySquare Mall. It has a convenient store directly on the ground floor. It's breakfast buffet comes with a wide varieties too. Staff there are very friendly.

Love the convenience of the hotel next to JB Sentral and the mall all within walking distance. The staff are exceptional from check in, lobby, restaurant and house keeping. The room is really nice and comfortable. Love the amenities in the room especially the lotion and conditioner from SOAK.

I like that it's in the heart of JB, where I can walk around the location that I wanted to go to. Tan Hiok Nee Heritage Street is nearby, which I can walk to and explore the neighborhood where the hotel is located. Staff is approachable too.
