PakistanOur stay at KLoé Hotel was amazing! We arrived early around 10 a.m. after our flight, and the staff kindly offered us a free early check-in, which made such a great first impression. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
The hotel itself is beautifully designed — modern, cozy, and full of artistic charm. The room was spotless, comfortable, and had a really warm, welcoming feel. The location is perfect too — close to Pavilion and Bukit Bintang, yet peaceful and quiet.
The breakfast was the best we had in Malaysia! They have a great menu to choose from, and the best part is that you can enjoy breakfast anytime between 7 a.m. and 3 p.m., which was super convenient and relaxing.
Overall, KLoé Hotel really stands out for its hospitality, design, and attention to detail. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur — we’d definitely stay here again! 🌿✨

Kuala lumpur is one of the best cities in SE Asia.
Kuala lumpur is one of the best cities in SE Asia. In Thailand and Bali you will find uncivilised western tourist who are drunk or fighting with locals or other tourist but NO SUCH THING IN Kuala lumpur.
Bukit Bintang has plenty of bars, clubs and night life areas but the tourists are well behaved which is why I liked the area.
Kl is a shoppers and foodies paradise - anything from low budget to very high end places.
Grab taxi is very reasonable for local runaround KL unless you go to the airport which is very expensive as Bukit Bintang is about 60 kms one way.

Honestly, everywhere I visited was worth seeing. Kuala Lumpur has a great mix of modern attractions, cultural landmarks, shopping, and fantastic food, so there's something for everyone.
Where did you eat?
I ate at a variety of places, from local restaurants to street food. I'd definitely recommend stepping outside your comfort zone, as Kuala Lumpur is incredibly diverse and so are its food options. You'll find an amazing range of cuisines and flavours.
Is it easy to get around Kuala Lumpur?
The traffic can be quite heavy, so travelling by car can take longer than expected. Walking is a good option if you can handle the heat and humidity. I didn't use the MRT or Skytrain myself, but they seemed to be the best way to get around the city quickly and avoid the traffic.
What are some great activities for solo travellers?
Book a few organised tours and get out exploring. Kuala Lumpur is a great city for solo travellers, with plenty of sightseeing, food experiences, markets, and day trips to enjoy. I always felt comfortable exploring on my own.

This hotel stay and facility is worth for the amount they charges and most importantly its in the main town area where you get easy access for metro , buses and other facilities.
I would like to highlight and appreciate the customer service and respect the staffs shown through out the stay with humble words and helping mentality.
Support staffs are always shown the enthusiasm to help the guest, I would like to thank, Mr Irshad (Support staff, City Central Hotel) who helped us in giving his suggestion and support though out the stay in the hotel.

In July, the city was hot and most days were too humid, but past that, the city was a wonderful experience. We primarily stayed in Bukit Bintang for proximity to the monorail and subway lines. Luxury accommodations beyond belief (e.g. Pan Pacific), Delicious hawker street (Jalan Alor), oh yeah, God we both love Durian! The Pavilion Shopping center and covered walkway all the way to Petronas Tower was terribly fun, exciting, and wow. Had to buy individual tokens since so many rail lines not necessarily working well together but generally easy to visit other areas. Chinatown was really fun, lots of colorful and interesting alleyways, restaurants, and stores. Unfortunately, shopping center at Merdeka still being constructed but close to Chinatown. Just a simple 2-stop trip on the MRT Kajang-Line. Our 5-night itinerary staying at the Pan Pacific (5-star,...BS, it's at least 6-star) gave us plenty of time to eat, swim, explore, sightsee, and yeah,...sweat a lot!! Finally, traffic is HELL,..don't rent a car!!! Use Grab or MRT.

This was my second family trip to Kuala Lumpur, and once again we had an amazing experience. My entire family was very happy, and we enjoyed every moment of our stay. The city is clean, modern, family-friendly, and offers excellent shopping, delicious food, and plenty of attractions for all ages.
We truly enjoyed everything Kuala Lumpur has to offer and look forward to visiting again in the future. It is one of our favorite destinations for a family vacation.

IT was my second time stay in Concorde (after 10 years) and this hotel remains my favourite for a stay in Kuala Lumpur. Location is ideal (and Grab's come here very quickly) , walk to KLCC and Bukit Bintang. One of the best buffet breakfast with so many food choices. Very clean and spacious pool with nice sitting area. Live music with all bands performing hits and also take your song requests. I cannot find any flaws in this hotel and recommend everyone with family or for business visit to stay in this hotel.

excellent location at KL sentral, which made it very convenient for me to pick up my family from the airport.
The hotel management went the extra mile by arranging a lovely birthday decoration in the room and even preparing a small cake for my wife, creating a delightful surprise while I was away picking her up. Their thoughtful gesture added a personal touch to our stay and made the celebration even more memorable.

Misleading booking practice.
Booked StarQ Hotel Bukit Bintang, but on arrival was forced to move to another property (AQ Hotel) due to a claimed issue, without prior notice or consent and with no real alternative. The same operator appears to run multiple listings, raising serious concerns of bait-and-switch. Book with caution — you may not stay at the hotel you booked.

The Summer View is a basic budget hotel delivering exceptional value for the cost. It is situated in Brickfields, near to KL Sentral, giving access to transportation for KL and all of Malaysia. The area is populated with an unbelievable number restaurants and hawker stalls so food is always available.
