Everything! From the moment i made my booking, continous interaction on whatsapp. They suggested room 11, i proceeded and that was one of the best decision i ever made. Akinabalu is just right in front of our window nothing block the view! It was the best i swear!!! The resort landscape is top notch! Decoration, the flowers are super captivating. Staff was super helpful, when we arrived, the toilet floor is slippery. We asked staff to come and clean it. They do it right away and do it right The restaurant and the food?! OMG i want to steal your chef! I
