Everything is fine, comfortable bed and room space just nice.

We had a one night stay in Indah Inn before flying from the airport. We chose it because of the close proximity to the airport. It was basic but comfortable, the staff was nice.

Money Value-10/10 For those who are driving, it should be easy to locate this place as it is located along Jalan Chong Tien Vun, free parking and it is easy to find halal or non halal restaurant there.

Absolutely wonderful! My girlfriend and I stayed at Heritage Hotel in Tawau for two nights and from the very first moment we truly felt at home. The staff were simply outstanding, always kind, attentive, and ready to help with anything we needed. Their genuine warmth made a real difference in our stay. Our room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with thoughtful touches like complimentary water and snacks provided every day. What impressed us most, however, was how much effort the team put into making sure we could enjoy the very best of Tawau. They arranged a private transfer with a local driver so we could explore Tawau Hills Park first and visit the Cocoa Village the day after, all at a very fair price. They also went above and beyond to assist us when we had difficulties with our phone provider, showing once again how much they care for their guests. Heritage Hotel is not only an excellent choice for its comfort and value, but also for its strategic location that makes discovering the area so easy. I most definetly recommend it to anyone looking for a stay that combines convenience, affordability, and exceptional hospitality.

Very nice hotel. Many restaurants, shops, laundry, etc nearby. Good hot water and ac. Decent wifi. Discount at the coffee shop across the street.

The room is comfortable and clean, all amenities are provided. I am happy they are using refillable glass bottles for water instead of plastic bottles. I love their bath towel and bedsheets so soft and have a clean smell. I also appreciate the convenience mart at the lobby which favours us to hang around for snacks and drinks. The location of the hotel is so convenient with plenty of cafe, restaurant, massages, supermarket etc..I have made the right choice

1. Location. Within the town area. 2. Comfortable-sized hotel room for 2 pax (adult). 3. Tidy & clean room and toilet. 4. The mattress & pillow are comfy. Blankets and towels are provided. 5. AC works very well. 6. Hot water works very well with good water pressure. 7. There is a convenience store downstairs (Daytime only). 8. Some attractions and nearby restaurants are within walking distance. 9. Ample free car parking surrounding.

Room very dirty, aircond no remote can adjust the temperature. Smelly.

It is very satisfying when they allowed us to check in early because we arrived early from expected. The location near to the town which is very good.
