Comfy rooms and excellent communication with the staff, even if arrived late. Breakfast is a plus

The staff is very friendly. The location is super convenient. Close to the grocery store and bakery, and also close to all the wine tasting or sightseeing spots.

Brilliant hotel. Spa and pool are incredible. Rooms spacious and comfortable - just what you need when visiting Aachen in a cold January to see the Palatine Chapel. Very strongly recommended!!

Room was clean with reasonable space. There was enough storage space. Wi-fi worked well. Area was reasonably quiet at night. Supermarket is close by and so are plenty of restaurants.

Very cute apartment with all the necessities allowing a comfortable stay. Owner was so nice to leave generous snacks and refreshments as a gift. It is located right downtown. If you’re visiting Vaals, this is the perfect accommodation!

The accommodations were what we needed to visit our family in Vaals. Very well located in the heart of the city. We found the bed smaller than expected. We are accustomed to a queen size bed and I think this was a double. We would very much like to stay again

The location was great and beautiful, you can get to a lot of places though bikes or hike in a beautiful forest or hilly areas which is exactly what we were looking for. The place was clean, had a nice living room to have coffee and tea, which we really appreciated. We overall enjoyed our stay.

This inn is located in the small village of Holset – little more than a few streets in a beautiful hilly landscape. We arrived here after a lovely walk and spent the afternoon on the terrace. It works on a self-service basis: you write down what you use and settle the bill when you leave. The restaurant was unfortunately closed, but you can dine at the neighboring restaurant or order food and make use of the dining facilities in the inn itself (which is what we did). The innkeeper was no longer present from late afternoon onwards, so you’re left in the building with only the other guests. This felt a bit unusual at first, but it actually worked out just fine. The rooms, beds, and bathroom were very comfortable, and the next morning a delicious breakfast buffet was served. All in all, a very pleasant experience!
