The building is amazing, and the location is perfect. This would be enough to recommend it. Good Coffee at breakfast and, good breakfast. Room is comfortable and spacious, little bit cold but necessary devices for heating are provided. Everybody very nice and helpful.

The hotel has always been a pleasant stay and warm with its hospitality and view of mountains. The breakfast is a variety of dishes with newari flavour too. The staff has always been kind and friendly. It was my second visit and I'm hoping for the future more soon. A must stay place in bhaktapur!

This was my third stay at Hotel Yechu, and every visit has given us wonderful memories. The staff are always warm and friendly, the ambiance is relaxing, and the food is very tasty. The hotel offers great hospitality at an affordable price. Highly recommended for a comfortable and memorable stay.

Very nice place to stay in the center of Bhaktapur, short walk from Durbar Square and surrounded by lively shops and tasty food. The family that runs the guesthouse is very kind and helpful. They have a lovely rooftop space&restaurant right upstairs perfect for relaxing anytime of day. Breakfast was included.

We liked the breakfast (milk tea, pancake, fruit, egg, toast), it tasted very good, sometimes there was variations to it. We had a nice big room with 2 fans, a couch and a table where I could do my computer tasks conveniently. The internet was very good (stable, fast, we could always do whatever tasks we needed, the internet was never a problem). The stuff is very friendly, always kind and helpful. I can definitely imagine booking the same hotel again in the future. It is very close to the bus stop (we came by bus from Kathmandu - takes around 1 hour and costs around or less than 100 npr per person). Bhaktapur is a very nice city (the smallest city of Nepal), definitely worth visiting. Make sure you try the "juju dhau", tastes very good.

Rajesh and the entire staff were amazing! They are helpful and do their best to ensure guests are comfortable. Our room was clean, comfortable, and we had hot water for our showers. The location is incredible! We walked everywhere. The views of Durbar Square from the rooftop are spectacular. We would definitely stay here again.

I have stayed at this property several times in the past and it has greatly improved over the years. The room was very comfortable and relaxing, and with a perfect view directly on to the historic Durbar Square of Bhaktapur. The staff were welcoming and helpful as always, and reception even sent a porter to carry our luggage from the far end of the Square, and to deliver it to the room on an upper floor. Taxis are not allowed to enter the historic area, so this kindness was much appreciated. My best memories are of the bells ringing and people praying in the temples just outside the hotel. This is not "a production for the tourists," Shiva Guest House is in a very privileged location and a visit here is something to be savored.

Perfect location. Comfortable bed. Management was new and that's why they don't have many reviews. They were so nice. Breakfast which was included was also very good.

Awesome location right close to the square. Decent sized room, nice windows that opened out onto the street. Really good hot shower. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Would definitely stay again.
