After almost one month travelling we found this amazing homestay where we felt like home and had some of our best days in this incredible country. It's been truly a gift to find this beautiful family, the accommodation is just perfect with stunning views of the valley and the monastery, the room is super cute and very comfortable, and the food is delicious. Namobuddha and surroundings are very interesting and peaceful, we came for 2 days and stayed 5! This kind of place remains forever in the heart and its memory will draw a smile on your face when you'll think of them. Thank you to all the family! We'll come back!

The views are exceptional, the atmosphere is quiet and a welcomed pause from the hectic Kathmandu pace, the food was delicious, done with many ingredients grown in the same place, but what really made this a highlight of my whole Nepal trip was a side fire chat with the host Mr. Pradeep while he was preparing dinner for me even when I arrived late, we had a conversation about Nepal's history, religion, politics, philosophy and his own vision for the future, I wish him nothing but success and I will definitely come back here to stay. You can visit the nearby stupa and monastery by a short walk and get a bus or arrange a taxi to Kathmandu or other destinations. This is a real home stay run by a family in the country side with simple accommodations and that is the true beauty of it.

Bishnu and Kalpana’s farmhouse was such a welcoming and homely stay in a quiet village, which offers a break from the hustling Kathmandu. They make you feel at home from the start. They’re very knowledgeable about the area and are happy to guide you in exploring its beauty. Though I only stayed for one night, the connection and experiences shared were lovely, for instance we cooked dinner together with fresh products straight from their garden.
