the place was clean, remote, quiet, beautiful. the owner is a wonderful man who’s keen on taking the time to talk and very welcoming. the place feels special and it was amazing to spend some time there.

We spend a whole week in DaRosa with a wonderful apartment directly at the beach. The rooms are clean, have AC and a fan, big hot showers and fast WiFi around the whole area. The food at the in-house restaurant is also really good, perfect for a relaxed holiday with your love. The staff is friendly and the service is good. Eating breakfast at the beach was our favorite moment. DaRosa Del Mar is worth a visit if you are in Siargao!

I really enjoyed my stay at Lawi Haven! I stayed in the dorm with some friends, and we had a very comfortable experience. The location is perfect — waking up to the beach and surf right there! The staff were welcoming, kind, and always ready to help, which made the stay even better. For the price, this place offers amazing value. I would happily recommend this hostel to other travelers looking for the a great hostel up north in Burgos!

We had a wonderful stay at Chris and Mar, After a few nights our bungalow felt like home and we ended up extending a few times. The place is in the perfect location for exploring the north, a minute away from the innertube surfing spot and right next to some great restaurants. The owner is a really nice guy and the receptionist is great to. Would definitely recommend 10/10

Excellent budget stay. Jean is extremely friendly and helpful and available, she gave us lots of tips for things to do around and checked in on us. We booked our airport tuktuk through the stay, as well. The property is extremely clean, well maintained and kept. Has a beautiful garden and well equipped, communal kitchen. There’s also more lounge areas upstairs. We had a great stay, Burgos is wonderful and away from the business of General Luna and more authentic than Pacifico beach area. Some good food options, surf, bike rentals and beaches around. Getting to know some of the local kids was a highlight! Highly recommend.

The owners and staff were very accommodating, the room was clean and cozy. It’s good that the property is not directly at the main road, so you don’t hear the noise from the street.

Eric and his family were very welcoming and super nice. The room was a great size and had everything you would need. There is a nice outdoor kitchen area which was really nice.. The location was good and is in a quite area. We rented scooters form General Luna and drove up to Roxys and there was a good amount of room to park, and it only 10-15 min drive away from surf spots which is super convenient. Would definitely stay there again!!

Great weekend getaway. Amazing location right on the beach. We liked the nice hot shower and sunrise was incredible, right outside our door. You cant beat falling asleep to the sound of the water on the shore. We will come back again. Jen is a great host and helped us with anything we needed. I highly recommend.

Subangan Homestay was one of the best decisions we made during our Siargao trip. We don’t really write reviews but it was really the best. The location is perfect, and just steps from the beach. It really felt like a home away from home. Ann, the owner, is incredible. She cared for us like a mother, always checking in, making sure we were comfortable, and going out of her way to help with anything we needed. The room was perfect. clean, cozy, with great A/C, and everything we needed. The shared kitchen was super convenient, and having bike rentals right on site made exploring the North Shore so easy. Plus, it’s right next to the best restaurant in town, which was a huge bonus. If you want the best experience up north stay here!
