Perfectly located. New, nice bar, really comfortable.

Close to shopping, restaurants etc. the owner was so friendly and helpful with our cell phone service inquiries. Great view and beautiful hotel.

The pool was amazing, the water in my bathroom was hot, and the staff was friendly. Please be aware the bathroom was clean and "Asian" style. If you are expecting a "western" bathroom, don't. The important things are clean and hot water.

Since we have already been in this hotel a few times, I don't want to write a review. Instead, I would like to describe what has changed since our last visit. - The internet has improved significantly. We even had our own router in the room and the speed and reliability are good. - The pool has been renovated and now looks like new. The water is clean. - The keycard system has obviously been improved. It works much better now. When the card denied access we just had to wipe it with a towel. - Unfortunately, the restaurant is still a bit of a challenge. The staff are super friendly, but the food takes a long time to prepare. You should plan time if you want to eat there. Or order from outside, which is of course also possible. It's not a huge problem, so I didn't list it as negative. I assume it’s just good to know. All in all, it is still a fantastic place with an indescribable view, especially from the sea view rooms. The rooms are very well furnished and the direct access to the beach is unique. The hospitality is also exceptional. On my birthday I was even surprised with a lovely decoration. Since we live in Palawan, we will definitely book this hotel again.

Great location close to fast food and restaurant, the room is spacious and clean, the owner is very kind and accomodating they even gave a food because it is a new year countdown. The wifi is fast and with very affordable price. I will comeback in this hostel if i go back in Puerto Princesa.

Incredibly beautiful location, incredibly helpful and hard working staff who went out of their way to be polite, courteous and helpful. Amazing food and menu prepared by an obviously hard working & dedicated staff who must work 24.7 to accomodate the needs f the guests, a huge choice and offer of various activities and external sight seeing day trips. A six star resort at a 3-4 star price but with the addition of of always attentive staff who were polite, kind and went out of their way to treat the guests as valued guests. A special shout out to the kitchen staff and chef's who work tirelessly.

For its price, this place is gold. I love the hospitality of the staff, the location is near the airport; there are nearby restaurants etc, the place, though humble is well-maintained and clean, they also offer hearty breakfast, and can accommodate/assist their guests to their beeds such as travel tours and vehicles. Their bedroom itself is quite spacious, and comes with its own bathroom. The bedding is clean and comfortable. Air-conditioning works well too. Also, the staff are always courteous and ready to answer any inquiry which is like a bastion of what Filipino hospitality looks like.

Clean rooms, excellent facilities, didn't skimp on anything. Staff is very hospitable and always at your disposal

The staff is what I'd like to comment on. The manager and Filipina at desk were two of the most wonderful people on this earth. Went way way beyond their duties to help me with an airline situation that saved me thousands. I cannot thank them enough, karma will be good to you both and I will not ever forget your kindness.

A perfect spot for those who need to get things done! Its location in the town proper is unbeatable, making all my errands a breeze—I could easily walk everywhere. Just be aware: the excellent, central location means it can be noisy sometimes, especially during the day. If convenience is your priority, this is the place to stay.

It is worth the price, very affordable and central . It is just about 10-14mins fr airport ,10min walk to SM and boulevard .The check in staff was kind and accomodating.
