Stupid question how I did get in. The facility gave me a chipcard to connect and open the door. This option is not available in your questionnaire.

The location is perfect. The place is very big and the staff were very helpful.

This is our favourite hotel in Horta. It’s a grand, historic place that is also a landmark for the sea port. Home of the transatlantic cable, the flying clippers, and sailors from around the world. It’s our 3rd stay here, very consistent , great breakfast, and perfect views of the harbour. It’s close to the ferry terminal , and to the beautiful piers that berth some of the most loved tall ships. Service at the hotel is outstanding. And don’t forget to have a swim in the lovely pool (indoor and out). We are already looking forward to our next stay here. Thank you to all the staff.

A very tranquil location, nice spacious cabin, lots of privacy and places to relax, incredibly kind and helpful staff. They’ve got lots of great info about the island and there’s a partner restaurant that is very nice as well.

Stephen and pedro are amazing hosts for a hostel. The experience of one big happy family of travelers. Especially on my first solo trip I was welcomed with open arms, good suggestions for what to do and a very nice hostel dinner/breakfast

We liked the location, ease of check-in, how everything is within the apartment like kitchen and the fridge, no physical key but only the code to enter the apartment, and the nice cat!

Location was great, next to everything we needed (ferry, sea cruises, jeep tours, natural swimming pool, supermarket) The appartment is huge View is wonderful 2 large terraces

Cool old house with a lovely garden, outdoor seating, living room / lounge and kitchen. Sparkling clean, excellent location near the port and its taxi stand, restaurants. Not too far from one of the wine walks. Taxi from airport is 15 euros. Excellent communication from the management (all remote). Highly recommend!

Rui checked us in, was there on time and very helpful with what to do in the area. The apartment could not be better located in Madalena. Opposite all the whale watching trips, it gets a nice sunset on the balcony, and it is in walking distance to several restaurants. The apartment is very well equipped inside, with a washing machine, dishwasher, all cookery equipment which made our stay very convenient. We stayed in for dinner one night because the balcony was so nice. We had a flight in the late afternoon and Rui was really flexible with checkout time which was a huge help, didn't ask for anything in return.

The location, cleanliness, luxurious amenities, and assistance from the owners is amazing. We would absolutely stay here again when in Pico.
