We were basically in the basement of the homeowners property. They have converted the basement into a rental. Very cute and the garden out front is pretty. You have everything you need here and for a stay in Pico it meets all of your needs.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. There was everything I needed for my stay. Kitchen was well equipped with coffee machine, microwave, stovetop, and many more. Check in and check out were very smooth. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I would definitely stay there again if I go back to Pico.
