Extremely close to Haram, with plenty of restaurants nearby and a bus stop right at the hotel entrance. I will gladly re-book this hotel whenever I visit Makkah. The staff are very helpful and supportive, especially the lady at the reception wearing glasses—she was incredibly kind and accommodating.

The Hotel was very sufficient for all of my needs. I got sick after checking so I had to extend my stay for 3 more days. They staff were helpful and accommodating. Even though there was a bit of a language barrier, the receptionists would be patient to understand what I was saying using google translate.
