Accommodations in Az Zahrāʼ

Staying at this hotel was a fantastic experience! Every receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful, which made my stay even more special. The location is excellent – very close to the Kaaba, and the hotel provides convenient shuttle services back and forth. I enjoyed every moment of my stay and will definitely return if I visit Makkah again Inshallah. Highly recommended!

Everything was excellent ...rooms spotless..hotel is generous in everything ...breakfast had a great variety

It was so close to the Haram, that you can walk if there was a traffic jam and even if you would like to take a taxi it was so affordable It was valuable for money

Please add laundry machines again as they were before and microwave oven on restaurant floor at least.

My dad and mum were the main guests and they loved the room. The staff were friendly too.

The reception lady is super nice and helpful, my check in time was at 16:00 but she let me in earlier. Thank you :) I booked for double room and I got a triple room which is bigger :) Perfect location, only 6 min walk from Jarwal Bus Station and 10 minutes walk to Masjid Al-Haram. The surrounded shops prices are cheaper than other shops. There is a shuttle bus free service to/from Masjid Al-Haram. There is a grocery shop and a juice shop attached to the hotel building. They offer towels, shampoo and soap. Clean toilet, clean room and clean hotel in general.

Breakfast was good. Location is 2 km from haram.

For real its ma sha Allah ... the guys I dont remember their names but they were very very helpful ....am from 🇩🇪 originally from 🇱🇾 but wa Allah this hotel is perfect and super clean the staff is really good ..Just 5 ryals to the haram ...to the haram is just 3 minutes I think ...any ways it was very good may Allah bless them 🙏

Near to Haram, about 10 - 12 minutes walking, clean nice room & toilet, bathrobe, bath sponge, shampoo, kettle, tea & coffee were all available in the room. Reception staff was very helpful and cooperative, many thanks to Ahmed, Mohamed Al Harby, and special thanks to Mr. Mohamed Fakhry, will definitly come back Inshaa Allah

The staff is very friendly and they have a good attitude
