High quality and professional service

Location near Ljubljana but not direct in city centre (15 - 20 min by car). The property was super clean and perfectly equipped. The personal was nice.

Breakfast and surrounding nature were exceptional.

Great hotel with breakfast, although a bit far walking to the center, still quite central in Ljubljana, also very close to the Tivoli park.

Everything was perfect. The staff was very nice and kind, the room was super clean and we had everything we needed. The lounge area was a dream.

Metka was a great host, very helpful and the communication was great. She surprised us with water and sweets in the apartment, which came in handy after a long car trip and considering that we got there very late and all the stores were closed. The apartment was also great, very clean, comfortable, spacious and was equpied everything you need from clean towels, coffe, water and so on. There is also an outdoor garden and free parking ( if there are more cars, there is a big free parking 3 minutes away from the apartment). The location at first sight seems a bit far from the city center, but its not actually. Near the location ( 3-4 min away ) there is a bus station ( bus no. 14 ) that comes pretty often and will take you to city center in about 15 minutes, so you dont need to worry about having a drink and getting back home.

I had a wonderful stay in Slovenia. The location is absolutely amazing, and the property itself is fantastic. It has everything you need, especially a well-equipped kitchen, and there are always staff members available to assist you with anything.

I had to admit that initially I had doubts about the shared bathroom; however my expectations were exceeded on this subject. We had a large room on the second floor (semi attic) which was more than ok. Very nice garden in the back of the house. The host was nice and gave us good hints about parking downtown.

New, clean, and spacious apartment, well equipped kitchen and bathrooms and the rest, nice and helpful host, parking right at the front entrance, pets welcomed, location and stores nearby, safe and quiet neighborhood but still close to center - could see the Ljubljana Castle from our window. It was great value for money (not that easily found these days otherwise). Apartment is even better than on pictures and was great for a family of 4 plus 2 pets and a lot of luggage. We were staying in Villa Andrea while searching for a long term rent on our return to Ljubljana after a few years away but as a tourist I would like this place too!

The location is very convenient, close to the highway so you have a super easy access. We were so tired after a long drive that we were fast asleep shortly after we checked in. The staff is very friendly and welcoming.
