Close to Hot Air Ballon Festival Staff is extremely helpful

jamie is super sweet and is a great host :) she helped take me to visit the doctor and talk to them for me, she suggested food places and waited with me as i got lunch, she also offered to take me to see tourist attractions. she helped me arrange a taxi for when i checked out and helped connect me with other guests going to the hot air balloon festival (due to the language barrier 😅) she is a very genuine and caring host ! i recommend her home if ever staying in luye :)

Big and comfortable rooms, very clean, a little dated though. Just spent one night, can't say more.

Peaceful, away from the city. The staff are great, they assisted us in rescheduling our stay since there was a typhoon during our original stay. They also assisted in preparing our food because we weren’t available during the required hours for cooking.

The room was so clean and comfortable! The garden area was lovely. We really enjoyed the tub and the water was nice and hot. Our favorite stay on our trip! Thank you!

We stayed in DF life lodge during our family reunion trip with three generations across countries to see hot air balloon in Taitung. The lodge is new, clean and well-decorated. The breakfast is delicious and healthy. The location is close to 鹿野高台, very convenient for hot air balloon viewing. One thing to note, we forgot something in the hotel after check-out. The host notified us right away and helped us to send the stuff back without charges. The service is excellent. Highly recommended and we will definitely go back if we ever go to the area again!

the owner are hospitable and very kind, they make a way to understand each other. it is perfect place for hot air balloon, can also stay to scape the city crowd.

Beautiful property in a fabulous location.. The host was great, and his puppy too!! Breakfast was huge and delicious! 100% recommend this place!!

Large room, pet friendly and surrounding by greens. Nice location between Hualien and Taitung. Recommending for ppl who want to have large space and want to travel between the two cities.
