Accommodations in Chalet Village

Had a queen suite, lots of room. It was very comfortable. Having a tv in the bedroom area and a tv in the living area was great.

The facilities & our room were exceptionally clean. Super nice employees!

The location was amazing to everything. The cleanliness was exceptional and the staff was awesome.

The view was amazing, the location good, especially the trolley route, the bed was comfortable. The breakfast bar was ok, not bad but not outstanding, we did not try the omelet station, the staff at the restaurant were very nice with the exception of the one refilling the buffet, he was rude about the gravy top that was malfunctioning. We ate at the The Vista Grill for the evening meal, it was fast service, staff friendly and the food was very good. We got a pizza at Salamander Cove near the pool, the menu was very limited and not what was advertised, but the pizza we ordered was hot and good. The pool is great for every age level. The hotel was clean, the lobby spacious, parking was a breeze, and once again, the trolley service was a good choice.

Loved the location! Quiet, yet walking distance from the Gatlinburg strip. The balcony was wonderful, and the moving water drowns out noise from traffic. The bed was super comfortable, and the room was beautiful and clean.

Jess was great along with the other workers. The beds were so comfy and we had a great night's sleep! I only wish we had stayed longer than one night to experience more the location had to offer. We did eat breakfast there and it was delicious! I loved that they have vegan options and understand what vegan is. Their dinner menu looked great as well. We enjoyed the smores although it was unfortunately too hot for the fire. A fall visit would be fabulous! We played games (I would suggest a better selection). Bathroom in the tent was amazing! Bed and Bathroom are the two things as I get older that I miss while camping.

Everything about the house was amazing! The hosts really put a lot into this place to make it a very unique place to stay!

A rating of exceptional is not enough. This cabin was perfect for our vacation and exceeded our expectations. It is exactly as described if not better than what the pictures show. We were extremely pleased with the cabin. We never truly feel comfortable when traveling but this cabin made us feel like we were home, everything was truly welcoming and had that warm feeling. It is well equipped with everything that could be needed. It is truly perfection, we couldn’t have booked a better place.

The location, equipment and entertainment

It was beautiful inside and out. Because it had beautiful wood carvings on the outside, it was really unique and easy to locate. The road where it was located was steep and curvy but private and quiet. The interior was amazing with comfortable beds and bathrooms, a nice kitchen, a comfortable living room with fireplace, pool table and foosball table. Our favorite part was sitting in the hot tub on the balcony looking at the mountains. It was very convenient to Gatlinburg and to all the hiking trails.
