It was easy in and out. Plus it was near everything without all the noises on the main drag. Very quiet. Plus it was VERY clean. I am a housekeeping supervisor and it was very clean.

The condo was lovely. The landscaping was so beautiful. The lazy river and the views so lovely. The Spa was the highlight of the trip for me. I took my doggy and it was convenient to walk him and safe.

Date of our stay was Oct 26th We've stayed at the Tennessee Mountian Lodge several times in the past few years. We always enjoy our stay. The location is perfect and walking distance to the Old Mill with a nice river veiw. The staff is always very curtious. Upon arrival this time there was a little mix up in the system due to ironically someone with the exact first and last name as mine had checked in not to long before I did but the lady at the desk was very polite and handled it in a timely manner. The new kiosk machine which we used to check out before desk hours was convenient and easy to use. The room upgrades and remodeling was very nice loved the new walk in showers! The beds were as comfortable as always and the stay was very pleasant! The rates are always reasonable for our budget.

We were quite disappointed with Dollywood.

We were quite disappointed with Dollywood. It's not so much that everything is expensive there, you expect that. However something needs to be done with the time it takes to get in the park and move through the horrendous parking experience. Pigeon Forge and/or Dollywood needs to work on that. It didn't matter that we paid for preferred parking $50, on top of the tickets to get in, we still sat in traffic like everyone else, then again at the entry booths. Where was the preferred parking lane??? Nope, there wasnt one. They say park offsite and let their busses take you in. Guess what, no special lane for the busses to bypass the taffic either. Be prepared to spend at LEAST an hour plus, just to get in. Once you finally get in, the park was clean and there was decent signage to help you get around. If you get hungry, better get in the food lines and be prepared to wait! We've been to many theme parks, and never waited so long in food lines. I'm talking a 1.5 hours for what... mediocre burgers. Almost 2 hours in line to get the famous dollywood bread. Not worth the wait, and skip the apple pie. I can't talk about the rides because we never got to any. It was very disappointing to say the least. Spent 6 hours, saw 1 show, and went into 2 Dolly exhibits. Live and learn!

If you're taking children, get them measured up front in the park. Plan to spend at least an extra $50 to 100 on games and food. And plan to walk up hill. This is a good park for anyone who loves roller coasters.

Dollywood was incredible. So much on offer not only were the rides awesome but live shows were brilliant too.So much choice for food too.The shops had lots of little treasures in to,plus it was nice to support the local outlets there too.The steam train is awesome, you def need to on that. The musuems were really well thought out.You can even go on the tour bus. We had a 3 day pass and only just managed to get everything in.Def recommend.

Way to crowded.

Way to crowded. There is no reason even on a busy day that almost every single ride had around a 80 min wait time. The lines for food were almost just as long. Was there for 2 hours and only rode one ride. Beautiful park would recommend going during the week not a weekend.

You definitely have to be an Dolly Parton Fan to go to the park. There's so much that is directed towards Mrs. Dolly and her life. The museum that has her life story is beautiful along with her music and clothing. The train is so much fun along with the shows are very educational. BE sure you get the Cinnamon Bread!! AMAZING!! Dolly is expanding the park with some new rides. The food is good along with ALL of the sweets!! HIGHLY REMEND IT FOR A FUN FAMILY DAY!! LOTS OF WALKING,, LOL

Dollywood is a favorite of our family especially in the fall and Christmas times of the year. The kids and grandkids loved the rides, food and fun. The Christmas lights make the park magical when it turns dark each night! The finale of the night Christmas drone show and fireworks was amazing!!!

The townhouse was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything our family needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—close to Dollywood, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg while still being quiet and peaceful. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and the check-in process was simple. It truly felt like a home away from home, and we made wonderful family memories here.

We had an amazing experience during our stay at your hotel. The complimentary breakfast was amazing, and hotel staff was very polite. During our stay, the cleaning crew made it a point to visit and replace towels and help tidy up bedding which was greatly appreciated. The hotel was also very conveniently placed by all the attractions we visited, allowing us to hit everything without driving to far away. We will make it a point to return at our next trip to Dollywood.
