Historical madrassah in the heart of Khiva. The rooms are what scholars used. You look out on the Kalta Minor. You eat in a madrassah next door. The breakfast is fabulous. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. Excellent value for your money. The staff is very helpful.

It is clean and quite affordable

Awesome location inside the walled city. However, it's a residential area, so you have a less busy street. It feels more authentic. It's a couple of minutes' walk from the main attractions. Highly recommended!

The breakfast was complete. The hosts are very nice and kind, especially the little Suleiman who was very professional and lovely. My room was overlooking the minarette.

Quiet, peaceful and perfectly located. The most spectacular views from the windows and roof.

The place is excellent! My room was very cozy, with a comfortable bed. I loved how beautifully decorated the house is, I loved spending time there. The lady who welcomed me was very helpful and was happy to accommodate me with vegan food for breakfast. I really appreciate it. The location is simply the best, really! I totally recommend this place.

Spacious room, Very clean!there is drinkable water and a kettle. Coffee and tea at all time. They provided a certificate of registration. Breakfast is ok.

Everything was perfect. I will not look for another place if/when I go to Khiva again. I certainly recommend this place, clean, comfortable, central, friendly and welcoming staff..
