Awesome location inside the walled city. However, it's a residential area, so you have a less busy street. It feels more authentic. It's a couple of minutes' walk from the main attractions. Highly recommended!

Beautiful decorated, very traditional. Amazing breakfast! Free snacks all day long with coffe and tea! Everything superb! I was cold in the room and immediately they brought me a heater!

The location is excellent—the hotel is in a very convenient area, yet on a quiet street along the city wall, making it easy to find. As other guests have mentioned, this family-run hotel is cozy and simple, but everything works smoothly including wifi. In addition to breakfast, the 24-hour availability of water, tea, and coffee was a lifesaver. Thank you for providing a safe place for solo travelers like me!

Location, spacious, good breakfast and most important is clean and comfortable

I didn't visit myself but booked for my family and they had a lovely stay. They even sent a video of my family to confirm they had arrived!

Incredible staff and incredible facilities in an incredible location!

We stayed here 2 nights before and after a trip to the Karakum desert, so I am posting 2 reviews. Location is perfect: taxis are allowed to reach the hotel via the fortress gate, and inside the city walls everything is in 5-7 min walking distance from it. The place is brand new, super clean and nicely decorated. A/C worked very well, but sometimes it was fine even without it (in May). Bed sheets and towels were spotless clean and made of good cotton. Bathroom was clean, hot water was available. Breakfast was different on 2 mornings we had it. We liked fried eggs with herbs, pancakes with yogurt, some jam, fresh cherries and apricots. Coffee machine was present only on one morning, but not the next day. The person who takes care of all guest relationship is super collaborative and available. We talked to him in Russian, but I'm sure he also speaks good English. He was always there to meet us, was flexible with payment in currencies, agreed to keep our bags after check out. Overall, excellent reliable option without any bad surprises.
