Amazing place to enjoy the beach and fantastic food at the family dinner.

Location is really nice. The hotel quite small but very lovely to stay. There is an aqurium with big fish and pool with a lot of shadow for hot days. The private beach is aslo nice

A perfect place for a calm stay. Lovely beaches, surfing, exploring a region around.

I loved staying here! It was clean and comfortable. The landlady was very sweet and hospitable. She brought me fruits and water everyday. She also offered laundry service and booked me a taxi to the airport at a much cheaper rate than grab. I would highly recommend staying here!

I had a wonderful time at this hotel. Notably the staff were absolutely fantastic. Super helpful and incredibly friendly. Ann welcome we when I arrived and spent a good 20 minutes telling me about all the activities that are on offer in Hoi An. Julie was also incredibly helpful in the evening with any information I needed. Cindy was our tour guide and she was incredibly knowledgeable and kind. Thank you so much to all 3 of you for making this trip unforgettable! The rooms were clean and comfortable and the location was great!

What a wonderful family and they went out of there way to take care of us. Very beautiful property. The dad coming outside just to say good bye and thanked us for staying there.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for nine nights, and from the very beginning we felt truly welcomed. The spa is located downstairs, so every time you enter or leave, you’re greeted warmly by the kind staff. The apartments are just upstairs, which makes it really convenient. We had a spacious apartment with two large beds — the room felt modern, comfortable, and had almost everything we needed. It was a nice surprise that room cleaning was available whenever we wanted: fresh towels, a quick tidy-up, and it always felt refreshing to come back to. We even decided to extend our stay by one night because we were so happy here. The value for the price is excellent. It honestly felt like home. The location is perfect too — plenty of restaurants nearby, all within walking distance, so you don’t even need a motorbike. On top of that, guests get discounts at selected restaurants and for the spa services downstairs, which is a lovely bonus. Overall, a very positive experience. We’re really happy we chose to stay here and would gladly come back again.

Located perfectly, it is moments away from the beach and all restaurants. We had the family room which was very spacious. The people running it are lovely.

The location was one block from the beach and many restaurants. The double room was fantastic for my wife and I and our two daughters. Separate private bathroom and shower in the room was great. The hostess and her staff was very nice and very accommodating. She helped us with some local locations and clarified questions we had. Home made breakfast every morning was a great touch and delicious. Next time we are in Hoi An we will stay here again.

It is more than you can reasonably hope for for a hotel of its price. The staff is generous and helpful. You really cannot do better!

Our stay with three young children was perfect. The rooms were spotless and well maintained. Truc was so helpful in providing local suggestions, booking onward bus, and even watching our baby while we ate the delicious breakfast she prepared for us. We would for sure stay again.

The swimming pool is wonderful, the small dog is so funny, the room was extremly comfortable, the breakfast is excellent and the most important… the staff is really nice and helpful.

Everything….. Quoc is the best!! He even came to rescue me with a new bicycle when I had a puncture. His place is perfectly positioned between the Old Town and the beaches…. 10 minutes either way.
