Accommodations in Ho Chi Minh City

The staff were as amazing as they can be, very kind and helpful. The rooms are well-equipped with everything you need. A lot of people complain about the size of the room but I found it spacious enough. The roof pool never closes so you can go up there for a cigarette or a swim at any time you want. They give you 2 key cards instead of 1, so you can leave the room while 1 of the cards is connected for electricity in case you want to leave the AC on and find the room cool when you come back or wanna charge your phone while you’re in the swimming pool.

The staff was absolutely amazing—so kind, welcoming, and they truly made our stay comfortable. I also loved that they employ several deaf team members, which is really admirable and adds to the positive atmosphere. The location is very central in District 1, and the room was clean and perfectly decent for a comfortable stay.

CUSTOMER SERVICE! I felt royal. :) Proximity and walking distance to everything in the city. If I could give an 11/10 for their customer service I would! What VIP treatment we received my goodness! Family of five with three small children, we booked the family suite (with no view) and it was amazing. Every time I called for something they were super helpful and accommodating. There's no microwave which I needed for my kids but I was able to use the microwave at the Circle K downstairs. It was beautiful, clean, the staff was everything and more! Doormen opened the car door for us EVERY TIME upon arrival and departure! They also carried our big stroller up the entry stairs every time because there's no accessible ramp. I want to stay here all the time now. :) We left VN with 13 suitcases and had to book their luxury limo shuttle to the airport. I didn't lift a single finger. The kids loved it! It was $68 USD and worth every dime for convenience and assistance. After five weeks of traveling, this was what I really needed.

Great location, easy to get to various attractions and districts. Staff are super helpful and kind. The room itself was brand new, clean, quiet, with cold AC, hot shower (separate from toilet unlike most places), and cold mini fridge. Plenty of towels & toiletries. I felt like royalty staying here.

Everything about this place is just perfect. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean (they have A/C, but you can request a fan if the room gets too hot). The staff is super helpful and friendly, they all honestly made our stay remarkable (big shoutout to Daisy at Front Desk for being so welcoming and helpful!). The breakfast buffet has a lot of different options, including Asian and Continental breakfast dishes. The pool area is also amazing, with a great overview of the city—the whole area is squeaky clean and absolutely safe to swim in; they also offer towels so you don’t have to bring your own. The hotel is located in the heart of District 1, a great place to get around the city while also exploring the surrounding areas and local way of living. Highly recommended!

I love this hostel and consider my go to location when I have to travel through Saigon. The staff are great and the location is perfect.

The access to the airport was great. They provide very convenient free airport shuttle service, so we don’t miss the flight due to traffic even though the flight is early morning.

Amazing room. Sitting room with a tv. The room had it's own little laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. It had a kitchen with full size fridge, toaster, microwave and even a rice cooker. Seperate toilet ie. not in bathroom. TV in bedroom. Beatiful breakfast buffet. Super friendly staff.

I rarely ever write reviews but I honestly feel like they deserve it and more. I arrived early and the room wasn’t ready yet, I was greeted by Moon and I asked her if I could eat in the lobby. Her response was ‘this is your home now, you can do whatever’. We went to HCM for my best friend’s birthday, I got there before her and ordered her cake and flowers. Moon saw this and decided to surprise my friend with another bouquet of red roses!!! Who does that??? Anyways, all of the staff were very friendly. On our first day, my friend’s luggage wouldn’t open. We called the front desk around 11PM and they went up to our room with tools to get it to open. AGAIN, they went above and beyond. Great price point and awesome location.

It's near to airport both terminals, so u can reach it be feet, it takes 15 minutes to go. Place is good enough to stay in-between of flights and I think even more. Thay have places to eat and shop there near by also.

for the price it's very comfortable, modern room, and clean. Great for a short trip. Excellent value for money! The hotel is at a great location, and the price was very good.

Small room, big enough bathroom. Good for solo travellers. Beside the market and walking distance to everything in district 1. Nice wee area full of life and street merchandise. Staff are amazing. Roof top area (messy) but nice to chill and see city lights. Happy to stay again.

Good hospitality, great location and comfortable stay.

Amazing room. The bath was a real luxury after 2 weeks of showers. Huge room with a good view. We loved the roof bar/pool and afternoon tea was a sweet touch. Breakfast was varied and all tasty. Centrally located for all activities.
