Accommodations in Ấp Thiẹn Ái

That's a real 5-star hotel with a lot of swimming pools, jacuzzi, restaurant, infinity on 25 floor. Room has a great renovation, beds are super comfy, everything is spotless clean! Beach is 5 minutes walk and have just a great atmosphere! Host was very helpful and hotel personal too. Overall that was our best experience in Vietnam!

The staffs here are very well-trained they are very flexible in term of customer experiences. The restaurant offer fresh seafood and good price compare to others. The room summer coastal decoration was a match. It surrounded with a lemon grass scent. The facility offer some entertainment. You should definately try it out and have a nice stay

The room is comfortable, clean, well decorated and with a nice view. But more importabntly, the place is amazing - it's like a luxurious village dropped in the middle of sand dunes with an insane view on the ocean from far above in an infinity pool with a cocktail. Not many people know about it, so it's mostly yours. On top of that, there is an excellent spa, and very interesting backcountry to explore with a rented scooter. If you want a good night out or seafood, you can drive over to town in 20 minutes. Great experience.

All the place seems nice and cozy, however the facilities quite old and some damaged. Need renew. Staff is nice, the vibe is good

After booking the room, I never received any email for information / confirmation on my stay. I called them, and they just said this issue is normal, with no explanation. I got an email later, quoted as "information received," not "confirmation," on my stay on the scheduled booking! On the check-in day, before I left my home for the stay, I called them in advance for confirmation just in case, but no answer. I still go, and when I arrived, I called them again, but no response??? Bad service! and so rude! I checked with other agents, and I and my family were lucky enough to have a nice apartment for 200k VND less. Terrible experiences.
