Nice, clean and friendly staff. The garden is well maintained, the antique clocks and classic auto museum are full of displays. It’s a must see when staying at this hotel.

Cheap and comfortable. The location is good and close to many restaurants.

Close to city, quiet (bungalow rooms, located in the back of property, shielded from highway), great value.

Everything about it was lovely and so was the owner, I had a very nice stay for one night on my motorbike journey north!

I stayed at this hotel from 26–27 June 2026, and I was extremely disappointed with the overall service. * The hotel experienced a power outage for almost the entire day, yet there was no prior notice or communication to guests. While I understand that power outages can happen, the way the situation was handled was highly unprofessional. * The hotel had no backup generator. At the very least, there should have been enough emergency power to operate the elevator or provide basic support for guests. * During the outage, the elevator was completely out of service, and the hotel offered no assistance or alternative arrangements. * My room was on the third floor. At check-out, I had to carry 2–3 heavy suitcases down the stairs by myself. A staff member was standing right outside my room, saw me struggling, and made no effort to help. * The rental motorbike was handed over with only one bar of fuel. I refilled it to four bars and only rode a short distance. When I returned it, there were still at least three bars left, yet I was told the hotel had added fuel worth 30,000 VND. That was both confusing and disappointing. * The hotel has been recently renovated, so the room itself was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, the service quality and customer care were far below expectations. A hotel can face unexpected problems, but what truly matters is how those problems are handled. Based on this experience, I will not be returning.

The host was very nice and helpful. The price was affordable. The location is relatively close to the city center, but still a bit far to walk, so it's better to rent a scooter to get to the center or nearby attractions.

I've come to this place thinking I will stay for one day and leave. Small town – it had nothing but a temple, which is 40 minutes away, and which I visited, and it was magical in a truly deep way. But the warm and loving feeling I felt from the owner of this place was next level. Although I look different and act different, they still made me feel like a family member within the comfort I'm willing to have. Whenever I was sitting in their lovely porch, they just brought me food and tea until I was full. We didn't speak the language, but their warmth and love are burdens that no language is fool enough to hold. They usually close their gate at 9 pm. One day I didn't notice the time and came back at 12:30 am. And I saw the gate was slightly open, and it was open for me. And when I entered, I saw the owner and expected her to start shouting; she greeted me with snacks. At that moment it was difficult for me to hold my tears. They went above and beyond for me, and I truly felt the care they have. This place reminded me of why I don't like hotels anymore. These people care deeply.
