We had a fantastic stay at Green Valley Homestay in Ninh Binh! The location is absolutely beautiful, surrounded by nature with lush trees and water—and surprisingly, no mosquitoes! The owner doesn’t speak English, but communication was easy with translation apps. He was incredibly kind and helpful, providing free bicycles and even a scooter for a day for a small fee, which was so much fun to explore with. He also arranged a sleeper bus to Hue with pick-up directly from the homestay. Since we hadn’t had dinner before leaving, he quickly made us delicious sandwiches - small gestures like this make such a difference! Highly recommended for a peaceful and welcoming stay in Ninh Binh!

Clean, comfortable, good view, super friendly staff. You can rent a bike and motorbike. Thy also own a nice restaurant with a pool with an amazing scenery - the breakfast is served there and also you can go to swim and lounge any time. The owner is the nicest person we met :)

a lovely stay in a beautiful part of trang an! the bed was comfortable, the fridge and water kettle worked very well and they even provide coffee and tea packets as well as water for your convenience! i would happily return next time. the hosts were incredibly nice, even some cute dogs around the property. our room had a pool view and it was gorgeous.

Hana is amazing. Period. She goes out of her way to help with everythjng and is the sweetest host. The homestay itself is modern, comfortable and clean. The beds are very comfy and it is quiet so I slept very well. The location right next to the river and adjacent to many eateries is superb. What I liked a lot are the free bikes that allowed me to explore at a relaxed pace. Apart from that, Hana always manages to arrange good prices on tickets & tours. Everything felt organic and relaxed. I was supposed to leave after just 1 night, but stayed 5! This is a home away from home in Trang An. Thank you Hana & the entire, very friendly staff!!

Vivian, our host is very hospitable. My husband had a stomach virus and she went out of her way offered him ginger tea and porridge. Exceptional service. Scene overlooking water was so calm and peaceful!

We traveled Vietnam for over a month and this is by far the place we have stayed at and the most pleasant experience. Xian is truly the most wonderful and attentive host. After working for her mother's homestay for over 8 years, she has opened her own. The place is brand new and it is delightful. The bungalows are spacious and bright, with all the amenities you will need. The large sparkling clean pool is a treat in the afternoon after exploring the spectacular natural wonders in Ninh Binh. Looking forward to staying at this place again on our next visit. I highly recommend staying here!

Great location and within walking distance to downtown. A gem surrounded by mountains.
