The place is perfect if you are looking for a stay in Sapa. We really enjoyed the hospitality they gave us. the host is really sweet and friendly.

About a 10-min ride from Sapa city centre. The place is quiet and peaceful, away from the crowd, with mountain views. It’s clean, with hot showers, aircon, and my own private balcony facing the mountains. They also offer laundry service and fresh water. The host was really friendly.

I stayed 3 nights and it felt like home. The meals were delicious and comforting, and the atmosphere of the small town was very peaceful. The owner was very kind one night after the kitchen closed, she still cooked me a wonderful dinner.

The owner was very helpful during our stay and was happy to adjust our booking when I made an error. The food was good and the accommodations were comfy. The property is beautiful and the staff are friendly. The owner helped us book tours and transport to where ever we wanted to go and had excellent recommendations for activities.we had a fabulous time!

Beautiful view, comfortable beds, clean, friendly and helpful hosts. Spent a whole week here and it was a lovely stay all around. Adorable and playful puppies at the neighbour’s was a fun bonus :) Incredible value in a peaceful, quiet location a bit out of the main town. Highly recommend a stay here. Thank you everyone!

Everything! A little away from the busy city of Sa Pa town. La Rosa House was everything we hoped for! Very good communication with people here, responded very quickly, arranged a taxi for us, delicious home made food with a good prices. The view from here is unbeatable.

Overall bed is clean, bed is comfortable, location is good.

Staying at this homestay was one of the best parts about trip to Sapa! The family was incredibly welcoming, making me feel at home from the moment I arrived. The surroundings were breathtaking, with stunning views and incredible hiking trails right at the doorstep. Each day started with a delicious breakfast, and the home-cooked dinners were some of the best meals I had in Vietnam—fresh, flavorful, and made with love. If you're looking for an authentic and warm experience in Sapa, this is the perfect place.

Loved everything about mama sisi’s! Mama and her fam and dog are all wonderful. The location is spectacular but you should know it is not close to town and know what you are signing up for. The sights and sounds of nature were amazing! And hot showers!

This house is clean, comfortable, and spacious. It's located just 5 minutes from the city center by motorcycle, nestled in a quiet local neighborhood away from the noise and tourist area.

It was massive. I like that they have a lot of socket and very clean. They clean the room everyday. They have buffet breakfast and they offer to book bus. The location is quiet. It is comfortable. All the staff are awesome, with a can do and excellent service and it gives me a good value of money. They do have fast internet. If you want to skip the busy Place of Sapa and comfort then go here.
