Carmel is an friendly and courteous host. There have been ample amount of thoughts and heart put in this property. The rooms and garden are well decorated. Plenty of small toys and books for kids. Plenty of option for continental breakfast. Highly recommended.

The location, the nature and the lake next to property, the quietness, the chickens behind, the pretty landscape and flowers and trees, the house, the breakfast - everything was really nice!

Our friend was getting married in the area and we decided to stay at Dixiglen Farm. Everything was perfect and the host even made fresh bread, provided bacon and eggs as well as home made jams and honey. We definitely recommend and will stay here again should we have any future events in the area!
