Self contained apartment on lower level and upper levels of house with own separate entrance and driveway. Lower level has 2 beds king & double sofa bed & fold down couch (5 people) Separate bedroom with en suite, fully equipped kitchen, with oven/grill, meals area, lounge & laundry. Natural decor, deck area and lake views. Upper level apartment has 2 bedrooms Queen & dble bed & fold down couch in living (5 people). Lounge with kitchen and dining area overlooking lake views and trees. Large bathroom, decor with french touches. Beautiful location with lake view and adjoining Golf Course. Peaceful and tranquil surroundings with Golf Course, walking tracks and beautiful trees. 3 mins to shops, restaurants and cafes. 5 mins to the famous Puffing Billy Train Station and mins to Emerald Lake. Famous Emerald Village Bakery a must 5 mins away. Lots of things to do in the Dandenong Ranges, gardens, shops, cafes and restaurants, markets 20 mins away. Both apartments may be used for large families. Accommodates 10 adults/children and cots for infants.
I am a warm, friendly and hospitable person. I love people and love to make them feel comfortable and at home. I am an interior designer and love design, colour and decor. I love travelling, music, dancing, bush walking & gardening. I am passionate about nature and the environment. My favourite travel destinations are London, Paris, Austria, Switzerland, Italy & Scotland. I live with my partner Joe and our dog Gigi a Miniature Poodle. I love my family & my grandchild. I love travelling, movies, musical shows, concerts and restaurants. You will see me working around the house and gardening from time to time. I would love to put you up as guests and make you as comfortable as possible and to enjoy the natural surroundings of the hills. This is a magical spot and you will experience a lot of bird life and wildlife around the Golf Course and its surroundings. You will have full privacy, however if you would like to chat I am happy to oblige. My aim is to make your stay as enjoyable and comfortable as possible and if you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask.
The neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful. Beautiful natural environment with rolling hills, mountain views, walking tracks, lakes and picnic spots.
