United StatesMountain View, the Chicanocha rooms have a floor to ceiling glass view from the room to the mountains as well as from the shower, which was pretty amazing. The room and bathroom had everything we needed, bed was very comfortable and the black out shades were great! We left the sliding door in the window slightly opened at night and did not need a fan, temperature was perfect. The jacuzzi water temperature was perfect as well, and loved the bar tender pool service. The food and drinks at the bar and restaurant was delicious as well.

We had a fantastic 4-night stay in this lovely house. The views over Barichara were breathtaking, and the spacious rooms made our stay very comfortable. We loved the unique outdoor showers and enjoyed relaxing by the outdoor pool.
Special thanks to Maria Fernanda, who prepared delicious breakfasts and was always available to answer our questions. Her hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable.
Highly recommend this accommodation for a relaxing and memorable stay in Barichara!

It’s on the main plaza. Can’t get any closer than this! :) very nice place, a little bit over-decorated but still very nice. If you stay in Barichara (and you should), this is a very nice place.

We have stayed in about 12 hotels whilst in Colombia and this is by far the best. Glorious location, newly built or refurbished, fluffy towels, big rooms, quality breakfast and plumbing that WORKS!! Excellent hospitality and delightful and professional owners. It really is heaven on earth. Superb value for money. 11 out of 10

we stayed for 4 nights and felt like home.
the place is very comfortable, there are a lot of facilities - pool, sitting areas, TV, yoga mattress, games, good kitchen and more.

Finca Buenosaires is a very special place. The owners built this place with lots of love and a great eye for beauty. We were here with our kids and grandmother and had a wonderful arrival to the nature and comfort of Santander. The kind staff did truly everything to give us a great time. The food was also fantastic with home-grown ingrediënts. A highly recommended place to relax and get into the holiday mood :)

Me and my family enjoyed staying at Hotel Cogollo very much. The Hotel is beautifully built, the terrace with a mirador and a reading corner is absolutely fantastic. The staff is kind, the breakfast is excellent and is served in a private terrace that belongs to the room. The open-air rooms, which are very independent and private at the same time, are definitely an architectural piece. My children loved the swimming pool.

Beautiful home, very well kept and managed by the lovely owner and cleaning lady who were super helpful and friendly throughout my time. Fantastic value for money, I was there during low season so even with other guests it often felt like I had the place to myself. Really well equipped kitchen, and comfy lounge areas including a lovely little terrace. Booked for two nights and ended up staying almost a week. A bit out of town but a short walk that was totally worth if for what you get. Definitely recommend!

BEST SHOWER IN COLOMBIA! Hot water and excellent water pressure. We hiked from Los Santos to Barichara over two days. This was such a lovely finish to that hike. The room was very comfortable, the pool deck and the common areas are beautiful, and the breakfast was delicious. The staff was very helpful and kind. We had three people in our room and felt it to be spacious and comfortable. It is on the edge of town, so very quiet and peaceful. The aesthetic of the hotel is well designed and we would be happy to stay again.

It was a beautiful, clean, quiet location to stay. I really enjoyed staying here. The clean towel and bed making every day was a lovely touch, as well as the home made cakes. Wifi worked really well to work and make calls.
