Access is autonomous through digital locks with an exclusive code assigned to each guest, which gives you the flexibility to enter at a time that best suits your interest. We are a family business with more than 40 years of tradition in the real estate business in Bucaramanga. We wanted to open the doors of our completely renovated parental home in one of the most traditional and central neighborhoods of the Bucaramanga plateau. Private bathrooms in all rooms. You can share a large kitchen, co-working space, and living room open to a garden to enjoy the afternoons.

Welcome to my home!. I have put all my love, dedication, and experience of more than 30 years in the real estate sector into renovating my parental home. At Casa 59, we reflect the values of a traditional Santander family and aim to make our guests feel at home.

"Los Conucos" neighborhood is strategically located on the plateau, with easy access to the center and south of the city in minutes. 3 minutes by car to Neomundo Convention Center; El Cacique Shopping Center and Cabecera neighborhood; 7 minutes to downtown at the northeast, or Barrio Cañaveral to the south. 7 minutes Walk you can find several of the best restaurants in the city.
